Thank you! Perfect Tucson Vacation rental. We were comfortable and loved all of the natural light and charm of this location. Walked to coffee in the morning and walked to the Arizona inn from the Vrbo. Easy to get to campus to visit our college students!

The location was ideal - we walked to U of A a couple times plus easy to get around town. Mix of good restaurants and grocery store nearby and coffee shop one block away!Loved the house design and mid century southwest vibe. Comfy beds, great shower rooms and pool was refreshing!

Great house

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nicely decorated, beds comfy, clean and close to the university. We will look to stay again next time we’re in town.

The pictures of this property are older and we found the property to be dirty with heavily stained rugs and curtains. The kitchen was dirty and I had to wash the pillowcases before we could sleep on them because they were stained. All these issues were communicated to the property managers but other than apologizing, nothing was done. The kitchen is not well stocked. The front walkway to the house would not work out well for an elderly person or someone using a cane because it is made up of uneven bricks. The outdoor area with the hot tub is effectively in the garage. By the pool there is not an umbrella and there aren’t cushions for the outdoor sofa and chairs. Those two things combined made sitting by the pool not that enjoyable. Also, opening the patio door took two strong hands and a strong core! Overall, for us, it was a very disappointing stay. I’m still trying to get my cleaning fee refunded.

Absolutely Perfect home away from home!

Perfect home away from home for our family while visiting Tucson! The home has everything you would need and more! Easy check in and check out procedures, plenty of space for our family and in a great location. Neighbors were quiet and we had no issues at all. We will definitely stay here again and again!

Great location!

We stayed at Western Moon for Mom’s surgery at Banner Hospital. We were close to restaurants and everything we needed. The pool was key to beating the hot summer weather. Overall, the house was well appointed and comfortable.

Great house and hosts

Very well located and nicely furnished home. We have Tucson roots but live out of state now. We felt right at home during our visit and this rental hit all the right Tucson notes. Great place and thoughtful hosts. Highly recommended!

Communication with Erin was easy and direct, the house was spotless with modern amenities. Western Moon is a wonderfully airy space with a sparkling clean pool and a real fireplace, which we enjoyed every evening. It has a modern touch but the sky lights give it a distinctly Southwestern touch. I would have stayed on readily.

Relaxing Tucson

Beautiful, comfortable Tucson home with a pool and hot tub made our stay perfect. The pool was a great addition. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was out back near seating and a fire pit. Beds were comfortable; linens were nice. Home was easily large enough for two couples or a family. Host was easy to interact with and responsive. We would stay again for sure!

Relax in comfort

My spouse and I needed to get out of the frozen Midwest and relax somewhere warm. So glad we chose to visit Tucson and stay in this clean and lovely house. We enjoyed afternoons by the well-maintained pool, reading and watching TV in the comfortable livingroom, and sleeping comfortably in the quiet bedroom. The bathrooms are very up to date and lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed from coffee in the morning to steak on the grill in the evening. All appliances are very new, and we appreciated the nice washer & dryer. The neighborhood is great for a morning walk. One afternoon we walked a few blocks to the lovely Arizona Inn and enjoyed a cocktail in the bar. This house is so well located that we were able to get to several great restaurants in 15 minutes or so. Many grocery stores are close by, and attractions like the botanical gardens, museums, etc are easy to reach. Thanks to Erin for the quick responses to any questions. We would stay here again if we return to Tucson!

Western Moon is both lovely and uniquely Tucson, and reminded me why I fell in love with the city in the first place after having lived there for years and being gone for over a decade.We spent our days watching monsoon clouds build over the mountains from the pool, spotting wildlife, and enjoying the desert landscape. My children were fascinated by everything from Texas longhorn beetles to the giant lizard that seemed to have claimed the hot tub area as its own. The house was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Areas that benefit from modern updates, such as the kitchen and bathrooms, were tastefully renovated, while original features like the Saltillo tile floors preserved the home’s age, character, and charm. Both the pool and hot tub were well kept and private.Both Erin and Charlene communicated well before and during our stay, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, striking the perfect balance between being attentive and giving guests their space.Western Moon gave my family the kind of experience I hope becomes a core memory. If you’re looking for an authentic Tucson stay that captures the beauty, wildlife, and true spirit of the Old Pueblo and the Sonoran Desert, I can’t recommend it highly enough. The central location makes it easy to explore just about everything Tucson has to offer, and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the vibrant neighborhood was throughout our stay! We hope to return to Western Moon for our next Tucson trip.

Easter Family Vacation

Very nice house in gods location, central to all things in Tucson. Grandchildren loved the pool. Heave rented a lot of VRBOs. This one was exceptional.
