Desert Hues - A Private & Spacious Retreat w/Pool

Enjoy a private & spacious retreat located in historic Sam Hughes. Sleeping 12, Desert Hues is a quiet retreat located walking distance to UA. Each space has been curated to be warm & welcoming while focusing on indoor/outdoor living & beautiful weather we're known for. Play all day in the private pool & hot tub, enjoy evening BBQs in the backyard with outdoor dining, fire pit, & bistro lights. Perfect for groups & families, we've designed this space with your enjoyment in mind.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the house which includes the detached Casita. The home can easily accommodate a large group of friends, couples, or families. Cozy organic cotton bedding welcomes you at the end of the day.

The Main Bedroom has a queen bed with private attached en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed for sleeping two.

Bedroom 3 is the largest bedroom and can sleep up to a family of four with a queen bed and two stacked twin beds to use if needed. This room also has a large closet and a view of the pool.

The Casita is the 4th bedroom and is a separate studio space in the backyard with king bed, couch, TV with Netflix, and eat-in breakfast bar. The casita kitchen has an apartment sized stove, oven, and refrigerator and is stocked with the essentials to enjoy a meal. A private sunny patio with seating for two and direct access to the backyard.

The main living room has a large double slider door to enjoy indoor outdoor living during the cooler months. This also provides direct access to the pool with plenty of seating and lounging possible for everyone. The couch converts to a queen sleeper for two.

Either of the two living rooms have space for the provided air mattress if you need to sleep a few more guests in the house.

Off of the second living area is the back patio with outdoor dining options, extra seating, a charcoal grill, and string lights to provide ample lighting. Across the back patio is the Casita which can be accessed from the backyard or alleyway.

The home and property are entirely private and available for your use. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house and one spot in the driveway.

Pool can be heated at your request. Heating fee of $30/day may be applicable.

If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged. No parties or events are allowed.
