The space
The main level has the dining room and living room opening to the kitchen for entertainment. Built in 75" TV above the fireplace and ceiling speakers to watch sports, movies or just listen to music. The kitchen island has 5 stools for guests to gather in the kitchen without losing TV entertainment. Washer and dryer are also located on the main level. Walk out to the covered patio and enjoy the views and the running water stream aka "Rio Chico" for relaxation. Basketball court for the kids and adults. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Inground firepit with natural stones as the seating area just bring the wood or use what is left behind. Sorry, but the pool is not available and off-limits. Bedrooms are located upstairs; the Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with a tub and heated tile floors. The shared bathroom has heated tiled floors as well. The 2nd bedroom has a daybed with trundled and access to the walkout deck, enjoy the mountain views. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share pocket wall doors to divide the space where the bunk beds are located, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed and is in the basement along with a bathroom and shower. We hope you will enjoy this house as much as we did.

Colorado Getaway

This home was located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with many walking trails near by. The outdoor area was nice for entertainment and relaxing. The only downside to the property, was the upstairs bedrooms (4) were warm for sleeping.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Overall we were happy but there are some items that need addressing. Downstairs bed needs to be REPLACED. My daughter and husband had to use mattresses from upstairs bunk beds to sleep. Needs an entire new Cooking set...existing needs to be put in garbage. Plus you need more than 1 pot! Oven needs to be cleaned as well as fridge. Replace toilet seat in powder room. Floor needs to be vacuumed prior to guest arrival.

Good location, overall house did what we needed.

House was clean and did the job of housing our family for a wedding nearby. The house needs some work (lights burned out, ice maker and fridge water broken, cleaner did not do a good job with kitchen/coffee maker) and the house feels like it’s a home under renovation (window in front living room doesn’t close, shower in basement a bit jerry rigged, most stuff outside not functional (blinds on deck, pool could be dangerous if you have small children). Owner was responsive about coffee maker and no ice, which was appreciated. Overall met the need, was better than a hotel, but well below other homes we have rented in overall quality, finishes and number of things not working.

Great family hub

Perfect 5 bedroom home for our entire family to meet up for a wedding weekend. Great space to hang out both inside and out. Kitchen could use a refresh and man it would be perfect if the backyard was cleaned up of all the “stuff”. Clean home and beds comfortable so it worked great!

Fantastic Home!

My family and I stayed here for an extended weekend while in Westminster. The first thing I thought as we were approaching the house was what a beautiful neighborhood it was in. The home is spacious, full of amenities, and very clean. The kitchen is great, with a large island to sit around, as it flows into the living space, or outside to the relaxing patio and backyard. The host was wonderful, even having the handyman drop off a new drain plug for the upstairs tub, so my eight year old could take a jacuzzi bath after a long day. I would absolutely stay here again if in the area!!! Lots of space in a very safe area!

This house was perfect for a bridal party for the night before my wedding and getting ready! Beautiful big house, clean, and plenty of space. This was exactly what I was looking for!

Weekend Stay

We came in for a family wedding. This home was modern and very clean. We were close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was handy for quick meals.

Short & Sweet

The house is decorated very well and had the perfect amount of rooms for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the rainfall showers and everyone enjoyed congregating around the kitchen, living room, and outdoor space. You have access to the garage if needed. It has google home, which we did not use as well as a touchless sink. All the surfaces were clean, however, the inside of the fridge, as well as the inside of drawers could use some freshening. The upstairs where the majority of the bedrooms are does run warm compared to the bedroom in the basement. There are ceiling fans, however, we couldn't figure out how to turn the fans on without the lights as well. Overall, my family enjoyed our brief stay and would recommend this place to others.

Met our needs

The outside of the property needs some work but the inside was good. Everything was newly redecorated. The decor was beautiful. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms had everything we needed. Most of the directions were helpful except for the television. We never did fully figure it out. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
