The property was excellent. Very clean. Great communication with property owners. So comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. Amenities and location were perfect. Would definitely stay in this home again.

This was a great place to stay! Very roomy and very fun! We had two young children, and there were a lot of kids toys in the basement, which was amazing! And the air hockey table and foosball table was also very fun for the older kids and adults! Overall a great experience!

Very large home that fit our needs. We had 14 people in our group, and the 8 bedrooms were perfect. Everyone had a comfortable bed, without having to be on an air mattress or pull-out sofa. Only “error” in the property description was that bedroom 8 now had a queen and a twin bed rather than 2 twins, which was a pleasant surprise. Nice quiet neighborhood conveniently located to stores, restaurants, etc. Communication with the host was very easy. Would recommend!

Great place for our 3 generational family gathering.

Excellent Property

Stayed here for a visit to Denver for the NCAA basketball gourmand with a group of adults and had a fantastic time. Everything was as advertised and the property owners were easy to contact and work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was great for a big group we had 7 couples and 15 people in total and there was plenty of space and we never had a bathroom problem. Great location and beautiful neighborhood. House was wonderful and the host left clear instructions and was good to work with! The boys of the group loved the basement with the basketball hoop and foosball table.

Great Location and Full of amenities

Huge house that had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and the house was well-stocked with games and activities for all ages. Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out or get together in one space.

Family in town for wedding

We had an awesome time at the house. Very well appointed and completely ready for 18 of us to stay there. Check in was a bit confusing but the host didn’t hesitate to help us! Highly recommend this property!!

Family vacation in Colorado

We came from all over the country and even overseas to be together. The large house and vibrant community and area offered plenty to do. Happily, we had great weather and spent hours on the comfortable porch.

Great home, well stocked kitchen, patio with great seating and fire pit table. Sixteen adults in our group, but families would love this place!! Communications with David were excellent. Location perfect for our group! Would definitely recommend!!

Lots of room!

David is a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of blankets!! Backyard had a relaxing feel with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Perfect house for Large Group

Everything was perfect. The layout of the house allowed the teenagers to have the basement while the adults had the comfort of the rest of the home. The location is perfect and the communication with the host was top notch. Highly recommended
