Home was clean and well organized. Neighborhood was quite with nice park just across the street. Easy drive to Estes Park, Red Rocks and Breckenridge. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time, owner is very nice and quick to answer. My husband and brother in law enjoyed fishing one day and caught some beautiful fish, in walking distance, which they loved. Such a comfortable house for all 10 of us.

Beautiful Home - Fantastic Backyard

The home was extremely clean when we got there, and you can tell well taken care of. The kids loved playing in the backyard, and it was beautiful to sit out on the deck and by the grass on their lower sitting area. Perfect yard to enjoy the Colorado summer days.

Location and Cleanliness was Perfect

Everything about this location was great. The location was in good proximity to the mountains and downtown Denver. It was clean and had necessities for us.

Had to rent a place while we remodel our house. Convenient nearby home with parks, trails, etc. nearby. Dog friendly yard. Great stay.

Everything was Excellent

We absolutely loved this property. We came for a CU football game and loved the convenience of getting to Boulder from this location while also being in a neighborhood outside of the busy campus area. Bonus: The pickleball courts across the street!

Great host, Clean & Spacious House, perfect for a family trip

Cody was very responsive throughout our booking and the check in was seamless. The house itself was clean, had all the necessities to host a family. Plenty of rooms and space for all. Great location in Arvada! Definitely would book again.

Perfect central location

Had a great time !! Was in town with family for my son’s wedding in Boulder and this home so close to everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed the backyard for chats after a busy day of wedding events. Thanks Cody!
