Such a cute house! Everything you need in the kitchen, towels, grill etc. The hosts thought of everything. Mattresses very comfortable!

Hurricane Isaias threw a wrench into our long planned trip to 30A and were left scrambling to find a place to spend our week. Stumbled upon this one and what a blessing it was! Beautiful home with so much character and personality, fully stocked, clean, comfortable and in an incredible location. The nearby beach was pristine and restaurants and shops surrounding were abundant. Took a day and explored St. Augustine which was a treat. Our kids are older teens so we didn’t really take advantage of the little pool but commented several times how much they would’ve enjoyed it when they were younger. Very family friendly!! Highly, highly recommend.

Shaun and Angie are very accommodating. Everything was great. We had nine adults and everyone was pleased. No complaints. I highly recommend this rental.

Fabulous house near beach

Loved our stay! Creative layout with multiple areas for gathering and precious family time. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms as well. Kids and adults had so much fun in the “pool@ our back as well as many meals enjoyed at outdoor table! Would love to stay again!!

Perfect stay!

We all loved this home. Great location, very clean, plenty of room, everything is updated, and this is the best stocked home that we have ever rented. The owners were extremely to communicate with. We will stay here again.

All rooms were very clean. The house has beach decor. The host responded to all emails promptly. Some family members wished for additional TVs in the bedrooms. The furniture was in great condition. The beds were comfortable and had white linen. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this property.

Cute & Home-y with Nice Bedrooms

My family of 7 stayed here for Thanksgiving and we had a great time! The home is super cute and the bedrooms are good-sized with comfortable bedding. You can walk to the beach. Hosts were very sweet and communicative!

Exceptional Hosts - Outstanding Property

We visited Jacksonville for a wedding. Family members, party of 7 were comfortable in this well equipped , single story home with all the amenities! Close to the beach, shopping and sightseeing made our stay very enjoyable and easy!Our hosts communicated well and were responsive and flexible.I would absolutely stay again and recommend this home to others!

From the moment we arrived, I felt right at home. The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. One of the highlights of my stay was the attention to detail you put into everything. The location was also fantastic! I would highly recommend this Vrbo. It is decorated beautifully more than most Vrbo. Location was perfect. Walk to beach was a little more than I expected. But still close. Our grandkids loved the pool. Layout of bedrooms was perfect. We would definitely book this again.

Amazing House

The house is beautiful and the location is 3 to 4 blocks to beach and many eateries are close. We had 11 people comfortably stay in the home. The description of the house was spot on and my family created so many memories. The hosts were fantastic giving us many suggestions for activities.

Absolutely amazing!!!!

The Charleston was stunning and exceeded all expectations! Location was perfect, the attention to detail in the house was spectacular and we had everything we needed and more. Angie and Shaun were amazing hosts and thought of everything! Staying at The Charleston made our family vacation simply magical.

New favorite spot for staycation!

Absolutely perfect...exactly as listed. Amazing boho vibes! Great communication, professionally cleaned and spotless, comfy beds, all the small details you might need, layout of property gave everyone the space and room to relax...while common areas were perfect for time together. Beautiful inside and out...would highly recommend!

Jacksonville stay

Exactly what we were looking for!

The Charleston exceeded our expectations! The house was perfectly clean, with a convenient walking distance to a coffee shop and a short drive from the excellent restaurants in Jax Beach. Shawn and Angie were outstanding communicators as the promptly responded to our calls and messages, ensuring a seamless stay. I wholeheartedly recommend The Charleston to anyone seeking a comfortable stay in the Jax Beach area!

The host was great. They called to warn me about water heater issues that they were trying to get fixed before our arrival. The house was cozy. Nice back yard for hanging out. Minutes away from stores and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet.There were just a few minor things that didn’t make this rating a 5.

Great Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect! A group of us rented the house for a weekend getaway. The bedrooms were great to give people privacy, but the outdoor area and living room were perfect for bringing everyone together. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels which were helpful for our rainy weekend. Shaun and Angie were very responsive and helpful through the entire stay.
