Very nice house. There were a couple of minor repairs that need attention, but nothing that detracted from our stay. Loved the pool. Very comfy beds. Great location. Andrew was very quick in responding to any issues and or questions we had during our stay. Could use a welcome guest binder explaining how to manage the ins and out of living in The house. Loved the TV on the patio.

We really enjoyed the clean house and the pool. Location was also great. They responded very quickly with our stupid questions, like how to turn off lights lol

Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware & utensils needed for.our stay. Super comfy beds. Location was very nice. Definitely would book again!

This place is a hidden gem! It has everything you need, and is in a perfect location to the beach, the Mayo Clinic, and shopping!

The home had the PERFECT layout and the perfect location!! Close enough to the beaches and shops but still in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The pool was so clean and amazing. The outdoor lights and ambience were fun! The master suite was exceptional. We will definitely be booking this home in the future!

The stay was great! Beds are very comfortable and the house is very clean. Only thing that would have made it better is if the spa was heated. It was too chilly to get in.

Felt like it was a bait and switch with VRBO to being required to use the Joseph Ellen platform rather than VRBO platform. Weeds thought-out pool patio, trash on the back deck, lack of instructions for outdoor TV, lack of instructions how to control the pool light, fountain etc, lack of instructions for spa in shower (screen broken too) lack of instructions on heating controls for master shower, lack of instructions how to use back deck lights, broken/not working wine fridge/mini fridge, unplugged charging sources, biggest issue is lack of instructions for anything inside the house, these should be labeled by or at items or a formal list of instructions left on kitchen counter. Could not find pool umbrellas as advertised in pictures, all pool floats were flat/not blown up, wet in a bin. The house is beautiful aesthetically but many issues outside of that.

Excellent experience! Home was very clean; description of home is exactly what you receive; and owners were prompt with responding to any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely stay again.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super.Das Einchecken hat bestens funktioniert.Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und bietet genügend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Ferienhaus mit Pool und Garten ist zu empfehlen.
