October 1, 2025 - Entire kitchen renovated with modern look and feel. All appliances and furniture have been replaced with a new, comfortable, and modern look including a new 65 inch TV.

Welcome to Charming Beach Condo. Our two bedroom, one bath condo is located on the third floor. Relax on the balcony overlooking the beach to the south. Get up early and enjoy the sunrise. Being the end unit, you also get a panoramic view of Jacksonville Beach.

After a warm day on the beach, sunbathing or shelling, cool off in the pool on your way back to the condo. Cook for yourself in the condo or visit one of the MANY local restaurants located close by. When relaxing in the condo, you can watch cable TV or connect to the wireless internet. Enjoy a good nights sleep on one of the 2 queen beds plus sofa bed (pull-out couch).

There is plenty to do at Jax. Beach and the good thing.... everything is close by.

The condo was recently updated with the following items:
- Luxurious sheets and towels of all sizes were added
- Ceiling redone with new ceiling panels
- Bathroom faucets and piping redone
- Replaced all kitchenware
- New furniture
- New appliances
- TVs in each room

Helpful concerned host

Very easy check in Couldn't ask for a better location. Few steps from the beach. Everything close by even within walking distance. My family truly enjoyed themselves. Very responsive host. Always got back to me to resolve any situation in a timely manner.I would gladly stay again in any property this host has. Just needed another bathroom for a family of 5

Beach condo

Property was clean and functional. Would have like to have had 4 chairs for table. The noise of the construction above us was very annoying and we couldn’t enjoy any time actually in the condo because of it being so loud. Location was good.

Great stay for our short trip

My family of 5 enjoyed our three night stay! It was the perfect ending to our vacation. The owner was responsive to texts and everything was as expected!!

Kavi was an amazingly gratious host. The spot is steps from the beach and a short drive from anything you could need. Fantastic, highly recommend.

Good overall

As others stated you really should get the door fixed as well as the door on storage locker. Both fell off hinges. Some longer screws in door frame would fix. If you moved keypad over this would also help. A suggestion would be to add a few extra blankets or throws on couch and chair. Other than this everything was good. Beds were comfortable but my husband likes it cooler so I would have appreciated an extra blanket.

Amazing

The location could not be better. It was clean and comfortable. One of the beds was exceptionally comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The host was accessible at all times. We really appreciated that there were plenty of towels, beach, chairs, umbrellas. It really was wonderful easy to manage. We loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Loved the Location and Balcony View

Everything was beautiful and worked propery including the AC which kept it nice and cool. The balcony view was gorgeous and the property and pool was definitely clean. The beach walkway was out in front of hotel and made the work less than five minutes from our condo. Thank you for giving my Family an epic vacation experience. God Bless

Great Location!

My best friend and I stayed at this condo during June. We loved waking up to our sunrise beach view each morning. This condo is close to restaurants and shopping but right off the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Loved that we could bring our pups. It would have been nice to have a luggage cart to help get our stuff to the 3rd floor but there was nothing to help with this. Next time I will bring a wagon of my own. Also, if a vacuum had been in the condo it would have helped us clean up better before our departure. Other than these inconveniences the place was great. Would definitely book again. We may try to come back in the fall

Lovely place

This is our second time staying at these condos, first time at this particular one. I worried because it's more of side view of the ocean, but it turned out to be perfect. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying the ocean breezes was heavenly. The place is clean and cute. It's just as advertised. The only issue was that we didn't have the entry code when we arrived, but the owner got back to us right away with the code. I would definitely come back! The fact that it's pet friendly is a plus. The pool is nice and several times we had it all to ourselves. And Jax Beach is great. Also there are a couple of nice places to eat within walking distance -- a great Thai restaurant and a couple of good places for breakfast. And a short drive away is Atlantic Beach with excellent dining options. Try The Local -- great food, atmosphere, and drinks.

GREAT STAY

Communication was great. Kavi replied within minutes of any questions. The view from the condo was amazing, several resturants within walking distance, the beach was awesome and our dog Murray absolutely loved walks on the beach, Most resturants also dog friendly. Unfortunately we didnt have any sun this week so we did not use the pool area which was very clean and had a turffed area for lounging. Thank you for such an amazing beach though, as lots if walking was done. It certainly appears Kavi is working on improving the confo as several boxes of misc. household items showed up just before we left and notified a new fridge and stove being delivered the day we were leaving. Unfortunately we could not find the grill as listing showed a grill. Thanks Kavi, you can't control the weather, otherwise our stay was great.

Old Mix-Match

Let’s start with the positive. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner graciously allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. That said, the furnishings appeared to be “old attic.” One example: the barstools at the bar were table height so when sat in a persons nose was level with the bar. The kitchen furnishings would meet bare minimal standards. One bedroom had no closet and no hooks on the wall to hang belongings. The front door had to be slammed shut to close. Simply out, the condo did not appear to be “loved”. We noted yes, we enjoyed our stay as our daughter lives in Jacksonville and we spent most of the time at her house. That was a life saver for if I had planned to cook Thanksgiving dinner in the condo I would have been in big trouble. The condo is street side so just be aware there is a long walk from the elevator; however, there are stairs very close to the door.

Comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, which is saying something coming from me. Location of the unit is nice. There were a few cons, though. The listing says you can see the ocean from "every room but the bathroom." No. The ONLY rooms you can see the ocean from is the living room & 1 bedroom. 1 bedroom has no window at all. There was no dustpan or mop. No way to clean up the sand or any spills that may happen. The kitchen is lacking many essential items (cookie sheet, can opener) & had a limited supply of pots & pans. The hot water runs out before we could have a proper shower. There are no umbrellas at the pool to shield non swimmers from the sun. The locker had an umbrella, but it was broken. The elevator is SUPER slow. We ended up just taking the stairs (which is fine...except for bringing up & taking down luggage). Jacksonville is a fantastic place to vacation if you don't want to travel to a "tourist" town. This condo was a bit overpriced in my opinion, but provided us a clean, comfortable place to stay on our family vacation.

Nice Condo Complex - Lacking Interior Comforts

The listing update about the $4M reno is every bit accurate. Really nice job renovating the entire building - made for nice experience. The only thing that looked new on the inside of our condo unit was the blue-painted walls. It was also very clean and that was lovely. However, the furnishings were OLD and WORN. Worst sleep of my life - mattresses offered NO BACK SUPPORT (my entire family struggled to sleep on them). Sleeper sofa lacked bedding and pillows - and rest of bedding had been washed so many times it was translucent and just very very worn. The furniture was not comfortable. There was not a single comfortable chair inside. The two PVC high-top chairs on the patio were the most comfortable seating in the entire place. The beach view from the patio was lovely. The AC was nice and cold. I had a family of 5. There were EXACTLY 5 plates - salad and dinner sized. Not well stocked for kitchen items like this. We bought paper plates. The Owner was very communicative re someone who parked in our designated spot and had them towed which was appreciated. Sleeper sofa bedding was subpar and impossible to find...took me 3xs to get a response and owner responded that what was in the linen closet should be adequate - and said he would order a set of linens from Amazon recvd 2 days later. Left it in box. Nice facility, unit had its pros but too many cons to return again. In spite of that we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach!

Would like to first commend the host for his willingness to work with changing our reservation dates due to unforeseen circumstances. We arrived to an almost complete kitchen remodel. We did find a few necessary items missing, but nothing that a trip to Target couldn’t take care of. Location is great with nice beach view from the unit. The walk to the beach is easily accessible and is absolutely beautiful. Things noted during our stay were the kitchen sink was leaking and the washer makes a horrible sound ( but works). I made the owner aware and assume these issues would be handled after our departure. Our only complaint would be the unit upstairs was being renovated throughout our entire stay, nothing the owner could do for that.

I love this place. This is my second time staying here and it's been nicely updated. The beds are super comfortable. The location is so great. I love having the pool to jump into after being at the beach all day. Coffee shop and Thai food within walking distance. My dogs' favorite thing to do is sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean. When we first got here, we had an issue with the Internet not working. I contacted the host and they immediately took care of the problem. The level of communication is superb. They really care about the quality of your stay.

Good

Overall our stay was good. Our keypad to the door the batteries died and we had an awful time getting ahold of the owner. The closet that had all the beach stuff in it would not open so we didnt have any beach stuff to play with. There were no sheets for the pull out couch and when the owner was asked he said the couch was not a pull out couch. Even though it is listed as such on the website. We went and bought a cheap pair of sheets.

One night stay

Felt like this place was crawling. Definitely had the motel 6 vibe going on. Would not subject my family to this place again. The front door is an issue and previous reviewers have reported this. Recliner does not close after reclining and the beds are underwhelming. If you are planning to use the couch pullout well its not fit for a teenager and paper thin.The sliding glass door to the patio takes extreme pressure to open and close. Parking was easy and elevator gave us no issues. Im a 51yr male and this place is not suitable for older folks. I would not stay hear again. This is the only bad review that I have given on vrbo.

Christmas with family

We loved this property! The location is perfect for our needs and the view of the ocean was wonderful. I love to sit on the balcony and have my coffee watching the waves. The elevator was a wonderful plus as I am handicapped. Someone complained about the front door being hard to close but it wasn’t if you turned the door knob. Definitely coming back to this location on future trips!
