Papakea K404 - Penthouse with Gorgeous Ocean View!
Welcome to our home at the Papakea Resort, a 13 acre oceanfront resort with a true feeling of aloha. The complex is comprised of two sets of low-rise buildings, each with its own oceanfront pool area including a spa, a covered cabana and multiple gas barbecues. The resort also has two large putting greens, two shuffleboard courts, three lighted tennis courts and a number of beautiful koi ponds.
For those of you who just can't leave work behind, Papakea offers wireless Internet access throughout the resort. When you are ready to relax, the golf courses of Kapalua and Kaanapali are nearby, and great snorkeling and boogie-boarding beaches are within walking distance. In addition, Papakea has its own Activity Desk, staffed by professionals who can help you plan any of the great activities that await you on the island of Maui.
Our oceanview condo on the top floor has been completely remodeled and includes top-of-the-line cabinets, tile, paint, carpet and appliances. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1200 square feet of space.
The living area has ample seating, as well as cable TV and a DVD player. The dining table seats six, with additional seating on the ocean view lanai. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The unit also has its own washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a pillow-top king size bed, plenty of dresser and closet space, and a flat screen TV. It has a full ocean view and its own en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate vanity area, and a hair dryer. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen and a twin bed, another TV and an adjacent bathroom. The loft overlooking the living area has a queen size bed, and a sitting area with a TV and a DVD player. Great for the kids! All rooms enjoy air conditioning for those rare days when tropical breezes aren't enough.

The view from the condo balcony is a 10 out of 10. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and you can see the pool down below. It’s a great location because you can walk along the coast for quite a few miles and snorkel off the beach. We saw the famous monk seals one of the days on the beach right outside the building. I was able to walk next-door to get a piña colada and enjoy the view of the ocean. The condo slept six of us comfortably. We made some wonderful memories here! We walked to the famous badass coffee place. It’s only about a 10 minute walk. You can also walk to the Maui, fresh fish market, seems like a popular place. The food was great. There is so much to do in this area we had a hard time prioritizing what to do. This is an unforgettable vacation.We already talked about returning again soon.

Our overall stay was wonderful. The entire property is immaculate. From the beautiful landscaping to the maintenance of the pool areas. The only minor problem we had was with the air conditioning, but the unit manager handled it perfectly and got temporary air conditioners installed and working. We hope to be back in a couple of years as this was the absolute best location. Near many restaurants, grocery stores food trucks. You really wouldn’t even need to rent a car. Thank you for sharing your home with us..

The condo was the cleanest we’ve ever been in, ahas comfortable beds, annd very well stocked kitchen. And the view is gorgeous! We had one ceiling fan that wasn’t working, and someone was sent out immediately to fix it, even though we didn’t ask for that. Wonderful stay, and we will be back!

Our family had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was, it really made it easy to relax and feel at home right away.The location couldn’t have been better. Being right on the beach was an absolute dream. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being just steps away from the sand. It made spontaneous beach time, sunset walks, and morning coffee with an ocean view part of our daily routine.The condo itself was thoughtfully equipped with plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed was right there, which made traveling so much easier.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. We made amazing memories here and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable Maui getaway!

This condo is amazing- book this immediately!!! Plenty of sleeping space, beautiful views, equipped with beach chairs, cooler, grill equipment, full kitchen to cook anything, upgraded bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Very central location which is perfect for exploring the island. We loved the 9 nights we spent in Papakea K404!

Carol and Mike — and their beautiful home in Maui — were absolutely amazing! Carol was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The home was in an excellent location, in great condition, and fit our large family perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook any type of meal, and the view from the balcony was truly breathtaking. We had plenty of room and felt completely comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be back! Mahalo!!!

We had a great stay at Papakea, it was the perfect spot for our family. The condo had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Great location! The host was great at communicating and provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!

Everything was well maintained. A couple of issues were promptly attended to. Owner very responsive. View fantastic. BBQs also well maintained so we made good use of them. I would consider staying here again.

The place was clean and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Our host also left very helpful information regarding the places to eat , shop and sites to see. Very nice property. We were admiring the attention to the details that the grounds crew would put in to the care of the grounds and the pool. Beautiful view of the sunset right out the back door. The beaches in the surrounding area were beautiful and great for snorkeling. Many Sea Turtles and different species of fish. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back again.

This condo had everything it promised! It was so clean and comfortable, we were so happy with everything! The view is unbeatable. Very short walk to the beach just off to the left with a big shady tree! There were beach chairs, umbrella and coolers to use as well. The resort is very lovely and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. The owner was great with communication and she is very friendly. When we come back to Maui we hope this unit is available!

Absolutely Amazing
Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Everything was as pictured! The house was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The property host was great with communication and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

This condo is exactly as described. It is on the 4th floor (top floor) with a nice porch overlooking the pool and views of the ocean. It is well equipped with lots of nice beach chairs, beach/pool towels, plenty of dishes and flatware, bbq tools, nice wine glasses and even travel coffee cups which was an unexpected surprise and we actually used!! Walking distance to a nice shopping center with market, a shave ice store, and Slappy Cakes (fun breakfast). Carol was so nice and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was working for us. This place is a gem and we hope to return again soon!
