Welcome to a relaxed coastal retreat in the heart of Oxnard’s Silver Strand Beach—designed for memorable stays, easy comfort, and classic Southern California beach vibes. Just 175 steps from the beach (~8 houses), this fully equipped home blends vintage charm (built in 1956) with thoughtful modern upgrades for a comfortable stay.

The house is adjacent to US Naval Base Ventura County. It’s 45 minutes from Santa Barbara, and about an hour from Los Angeles (1 hr 20 min from LAX) & has the best surfing! Check out our Travel Guide for things to do in the area: https://www.strandnsea.com/travelguide

Strand N Sea is a charming beach bungalow perfect for families, couples, and small groups of six or fewer, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the shore. Designed for relaxation and fun, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation home blends comfort with everything you need to fully enjoy beach life. If you work remotely we have portable desks and WiFi.

Spend your days riding the provided bikes, catching waves with surfboards, flying kites, or playing spikeball and volleyball. After a day in the sun, unwind in the hot tub or gather around the fire pits to keep warm and share stories under the stars. Inside, you’ll find an Xbox and a selection of board games for cozy nights in.

Strand N Sea offers onsite parking for two vehicles. For added peace of mind, security cameras are located in the carport and front patio areas.

Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or a little of both, Strand N Sea is your perfect coastal getaway.
