AMAZING HANDS DOWN

The host Kathy is nothing short of spectacular. From the communication, to answering questions so fast, any everything A++. The property is in a great area, and very comfortable. I would recommend anyone stay here. Please book!

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was perfect for commuting to and from MD Anderson for appointments.

From check in to check out Kathy made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do. She sent step by step instructions as well as pictures to make sure we knew exactly where to go. NRG stadium was in walking distance. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again when I am in town.

Affordable, convenient stay right near NRG

The property owner was very good about communication, including specific directions with pictures to help us find our way during check in. The condo was very clean, spacious and had a full kitchen with plates, cups, utensils, etc. The property felt safe and secure and was quiet with the exception of a few loud cars. We were right down the road (easy walking distance) to NRG. I asked about a late checkout last minute and the owner was able to grant that request. Overall it was. Great value and I would definitely recommend!

The apartment is absolutely great! It had everything we needed. We were able to easily walk to our event at. NRG Stadium . The instructions that were texted to me were detailed and easy to follow. I loved how thorough they were! Thank you ! I absolutely recommend you stay here!!

Perfect location

We came in for the rodeo and Kathy’s place was perfect. It was a quick 10 minute walk from the stadium. The place was comfortable and a great size for two couples. Kathy responded quickly and was very helpful.

NFL stay

Very nice place, close to the stadium. The problems I encountered the key fob to open elevator access door on any floor did not work, but that was the problem all people were having. Also the door handle to one of the rooms is not secured and would fall off. A corner of the carpet under the dining room table was curled up and created a tripping hazard. It was a very nice and convenient place to stay, and the lady I talked to was very nice.

The property was in a great location close to everything no matter which way you decide to go . The apartment looks just like the listing even more beautiful in person . The property manager was very good with communication and was available to answer any questions you may have . I would stay here again and I highly recommend anyone visiting Houston to book this listing .
