Convenient location to hospitals downtown, easy to get to doctor appointments, and shopping down town. This apartment was nice, cool, clean, and everything we were looking for in our stay in Houston.

Host was great, clear and easy instructions for check in and out, easy to find the property. Secure, gated parking for my rental was great, and the location was ideal for my trip being close to Texas Medical Center and the West U neighborhood. Was all around great for my 4 days in Houston.

Apartment is in a well-kept complex ideally located near NRG, medical center, Rice Village. We found the apartment spacious and clean. It was very easy to hear the movements of the upstairs neighbor, so people sensitive to noise might want to consider that. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Super convenient and central area to everything. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. The place itself was clean with a comfy king sized bed. Would stay here again!
