Once you step into the cottage you will understand why we fell in love with it!!! The views look out across the water to Tuckernuck Island and beyond.

This waterfront cottage has 2 bedrooms, the first has a King bed and plenty of windows so you can enjoy the views while lying in bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living area is all about the water views no matter where you are you can take in the view. Wireless internet can all be found in the cottage for you pleasure.

Location is the BEST!

Awesome views, super close to beach, great sunsets, and easy/short drive to town! Would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Heaven on the beach!

Great little spot just steps from madaket beach. House is well appointed for its size - everything you need. Spent sunsets on the deck and walks to Millie’s for ice cream. Comfortable, clean, wonderful!

Pure Magic

Our stay at Sharon & Carl's cottage was absolutely magical! The cottage itself is very nicely updated and is in the most amazing location- steps to gain access to the most beautiful beach. Sharon was so helpful and communicative throughout our entire stay and was more than understanding when things came up. I highly recommend booking your next stay here as you won't regret it. It has been one of our favorite vacations and VRBO stays to date & we are hoping to return next year if they'll have us! :) Thank you for everything Sharon & Carl- the whole stay was truly a dream that we will never forget!

Perfect Get Away

I can't thank Sharon and Carl enough for renting me their beach cottage on Nantucket. The cottage is tucked away from the crowds which is exactly what I wanted and needed, The cottage was very comfortable and had everything I needed. There is a beach across the street and another a few hundred yards away. I had a wonderful few days. Thanks again Sharon and Carl.

Perfection!

This cottage is everything we were looking for. Short walk to Madaket beach and even shorter to the harbor. Lots of quiet days at the beach and evenings spent grilling and watching the sunset.

Nantucket Paradise

Perfect destination for a relaxed Nantucket honeymoon! Nicely furnished and well equipped with linens, towels, comfy bedding, kitchen amenities, beach chairs/umbrella, bikes, kayaks, and more. Very cute interior, with beach accents, Tiffany blue retro-style fridge, granite countertops, etc. Even plenty of candles for relaxed beachy evenings! Could hear the waves from bed at night and enjoyed spectacular sunsets right from the deck. Mellow barefoot walks each morning with coffee and tea - just a hundred yards or so to the ocean, less to the bay, or 5 minutes to Millie's and the island shuttle. Owners were absolutely fantastic and very accessible for questions and information. We'll be back!

Cute house - Amazing location!

We stayed here summer 2010 and had a wonderful time - perfectly cute/clean house (basically the interior was brand new/updated when we were there last year) - wonderful for walks along the bay side and the beach side - you can walk to the beach or drive on (if permitted depending on time of year) and the beach access is approx. 100 yards from the house, bay access is right across the street. The deck catches incredible sunsets - it is closer to the road but who cares - it is a brilliant location and a wonderful outdoor dining spot! We bought lobsters/steamers and had a fantastic dinner on the deck one night. Great for sunset cocktail entertaining on the deck as well.
