Cozy log cabin secluded in a mountain forest with hot tub, sauna, private patio.
Situated in quiet gated Vivian Park in Provo Canyon. The 3-story log home features vaulted ceilings, a cozy wood stove, a private master bedroom suite with balcony and sauna, dining patio with hot tub and bbq and a front deck with striking views.
Sundance Resort is a quick 8-minute drive: skiing, 5-star dining, spa, mountain biking, ziplines, outdoor theater, moonlight lift rides. The Provo River Trail passes Bridal Veil Falls. A short walk to the Provo River offers blue-ribbon fly fishing.
Snow removal typically occurs once per day in the morning following a storm. Snow removal can also occur at irregular times during a storm or after the road is plowed. From October thru April, be prepared for extreme winter conditions. When there is a storm, guests need to be prepared for the house's service garage to be opened and for snow blower noise and some other snow removal work noise. Snow removal may take place at night with lights. During winter conditions, guests are encouraged to use vehicles that are effective in snow.

I take our six adult children for a siblings weekend annually. We used this cabin last year and loved it. We plan to continue to use it annually. We love playing games around the table - just hanging out. We love doing a hike along the nearby river. It is peaceful and relaxing.

Loved out stay here. Home was very clean and well stocked. Loved the sauna and hot tub - especially after a long day of skiing. Reed was one of the most kind and helpful hosts I have ever worked with. They were quick to respond to any questions and made our stay very comfortable.

Reid was an excellent host who was responsive before and during our stay. The amenities were exceptional and made for a very enjoyable stay. The cabin had everything we needed for a stay over Christmas with very comfortable beds and plenty of towels, bedding and blankets….and the most stunning Christmas tree!

I would aay that the description was a bit inaccurate. This home was SOOO much better than we could have imagined. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Every detail was taken care of for us and the location is stunning. We brought my father up to the cabin as a gift for his birthday. He was delighted and sincerely grateful for such a comfortable, and welcoming place to celebrate 80 years. Thank you Reid for the opportunity to stay here in your home.

This cabin is in a gated community a few miles up Provo canyon; about a mile down from the turn off to Sundance. Once in the cabin, we felt secluded and private. It was bigger than anticipated and we all had room to spread out be make ourselves comfortable. We stayed during the summer and it was the perfect base for visiting family and friends in the area. I'm sure it would be even more convenient for skiing at Sundance in the winter.The kitchen was sized and stocked to allow us to host friends and family for dinner. I particularly enjoyed the set up with the sauna and bathtub in the same bathroom. It allowed me to do a few hot/cold cycles. Communications with the hosts were easy and friendly. I would easily recommend this property to anyone asking about it.

This place deserves an 11/10. It is spectacular. We visited with 6 of our adult kids. The kitchen has everything you need. Fully stocked almost like your own home. The beds and pillows are amazing. The property itself is not just clean, it fun. Sauna, hot tub, wood burning stove. Everyone of my kids said they want to come back every year. It's close to Sundance, close to waterfalls and rivers and hikes. Coffee on the porch on a crisp mountain morning never got old. 100% recommend!

We loved our stay! Very comfortable cabin with plenty of space for everyone. The cabin is fully stock with everything you could ever need and more! The sauna and hot tub were so much fun and the back yard patio was so peaceful. Will definitely be back!

Amazing experience! Everything was super clean when we showed up, easy to find and the garage was nice. It has everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms, and the sauna works wonderfully. Definitely recommend!

Graduation Visit
We loved our stay at the cabin in the canyon. It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a hit!

Beautiful house. Great amenities. Didn’t realize it was in a neighborhood in a gated community. Really enjoyed the sauna after we hiked up to the Timpanogos caves.

Perfect!
My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and everything was perfect! Great location, cozy atmosphere, every need catered to. Reid was easy to communicate with and was a great problem solver.

I was not able to use the bathtub, the drain plug didn’t work, but I loved the spacious shower. We loved the sauna, and the many conveniences like charging stations, hair dryer, washer and dryer and the grill and kitchen items were all useful and worked great! Thank you!

Such a great little spot! The cabin had everything we needed and was perfect for a weekend trip with friends. The host was great to answer the questions we had quickly and accommodate our requests. There was a park near by that we walked to each morning, it was perfect for the kids to get some energy out. We loved having the hot tub and sauna for once the kids went to bed. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to make a couple delicious meals. We had a blast!
