Close to beach boardwalk access and just five lots from the beach, Walk the Plank offers comfortable accommodations and a spacious living/dining/kitchen combination area. The three bedrooms will be perfect for taking a quick break after a fun morning at the beach and two TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo/CD player can provide hours of indoor fun. High-speed WiFi is provided, and at the end of the day, you can relax on the large screened porch and enjoy dinner on the picnic table. Vacationers will love the close proximity to the beach as well as all the comfortable furnishings that will allow you to have the relaxing vacation you've been waiting for all year. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Nice area cruddy home

Loved that we were walking distance from multiple beach locations, however the property itself is run down. Rust everywhere on kitchen cabinets, half broken dishwasher, mildew fabric shower curtain. Only TV that works in the house in the living room, so if you’re one that likes to relax in bed and watch a show bring your own laptop or something! The lawn in the front yard was so high our two small dogs couldn’t even go there to go to the bathroom.

Great location but rental has some issues

The location is awesome. Very short walk to the beach. The home was decent. Beds were comfortable. House was pretty clean. The washing machine was broken before we got there and we weren’t told. It wouldn’t drain, so after trying to use it we had to empty the water with buckets. Over the next few days I called the property manager at least 5-6 times. Nobody would tell me when/if it would be fixed. Finally I drove to the property management office. They told me I could use the washing machine there at the office and offered me a small reimbursement on the rental. The home did smell a little moldy like other renters have said, but I didn’t think it was too bad. The TVs in the bedrooms had no devices connected and they weren’t smart TVs so they’re basically unusable unless you bring a device with you. With that all said, the place is actually great, but we did have some issues

Great Location

This home was walking distance to the beach, close to dining options and close to local grocery stores. The home smelled of mold. I have asthma and I had to use my inhaler on a daily basis. The toilet in the full bathroom was sinking into the floor and you could see the wood bow out under the house where the toilet sat. If I were a bigger person I would be concerned about falling through the floor. The appliances worked for the most part. Towels were supplied. No beach towels were supplied. Bring your own toiletries, they supply a “started” amount but it was not advertised on the listing. I would not stay here again.

Nice House and Location

Nice home but slightly dated. There is a single bath but an extra 1/2 bath next to it. 3 bedrooms nicely laid out. Bring your own pillows if you want a good night sleep. Rooms had fans so nice for nights. Only thing lacking would be TV options. Yes, you are at the beach but there should be something better than the tiny TV for rainy days and football. The beach is only 3 houses away so very easy to carry your stuff to the beach. Overall, nice setup and location.

Not a good rental !!!

This is home is outdated and has a lot of issues the toilet in the main bathroom the seal needs to replaced very smushy on the floor around it . There’s a metal shelf in the other half bath that is rusty and it Is placed in a place that prevents you from bending over and wa shining your face and brushing teeth is impossible. The eye on the electric stove is not fitting properly it won’t stay down , perhaps new burners would help . There’s a musty smell in the cottage as soon as you walk in it hits you . Had to go out and buy candles and air freshener. There has oblivious mold issues . In the walls previous water damage . If you are going to rent your home out then take pride and make the necessary repairs to make it a good rental not crap . Will not be renting this one again

Walk The Plank

Very close to the beach. Loved the screened in porch. The open front porch was comfortable. Comfortable place. Could use more hanging space. Bought a drying rack at Ace Hardware. Used the grill a couple times.
