Very relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. The place is tastefully decorated, very clean & I actually slept well, which doesn’t happen very often. Perfect for a small family.

Great Space!

It was perfect for our family of 3 and we will definitely be back. The unit was clean and updated…added bonus is that it is close to the stairs. The realty company was very responsive. We loved it here!

Great condo!

We had a great long weekend in this condo! Very clean and updated. The check-in and out process was so easy! Access to the beach was easy and quick. Highly recommend this condo.

The condo was nice and cozy. We enjoyed going to the pool. Only complaints were that we couldn't find the parking passes and the cleaning and linen fees were not originally listed when I booked it. Those fees were added just prior to arrival. The rental company was nice enough to drop us off the passes the next day.

Great for the family

We brought 2 of our grandkids…ages 5 and 11. It was prefect. They loved the pool and playing games in the beautiful grassy commons area. It’s such a sweet low key community. We love Sea Spray. This particular condo was so pretty yet comfortable. We will book “Stay Salty” again!

Short & Sweet

ABSOLUTE LOVELY LITTLE CONDO!!!!!! Decorated perfectly for the beach. Very clean, with wonderful views of both the beach and courtyard. I will definitely be looking to book this property in the future. We were on a short little weekend getaway. I ha e NOTHING BAD to say about thos place!! Definitely 5*'s for me. ❤️

Location! Location! Location!

The condo is in a great spot. Just off the beaten path but close enough to drive short distance to restaurants and shops. Condo is a short walk over dunes and across beach to ocean (Not handicap accessible). On second floor and half way down the hall so be prepared to haul your luggage a ways, I didn't see any elevators. The condo is upgraded some, furnishings are comfortable. Beds are comfortable. The patio has a great view of the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing. Well stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Plenty of towels and wash clothes for our needs. Additionally they had beach toys, 4 beach chairs and boogie board for your use. May want to bring umbrella or tent for shade. The property had charcoal grills and pool easily accessed. Plenty of parking that is for permitted vehicles only. Had to communicate with the company once as we couldn't figure out the lock when first got there. They answered the phone and assisted immediately. But would have been nice to have that on check in instructions. Cleaniness had to get 4 almost 3 stars. The kuerig looked like it had never been cleaned. Some of the towels had short curly hairs in them. The comforters had what appeared to be, pet hair on them. The furniture had stains, which I know are inevitable with rental property. Some pots/pans, dishes were put away not cleaned and are worn. Overall we were very happy and would stay again.

We visited both. These condo unit were built some time ago but are kept up nice. Furniture is a bit outdated/worn but worked fine for us. Friendly atmosphere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ihave always loved staying at SEaSpray during the past 38 or so summers. This year, as also last year, we stayed in Condo 241 at SeaSpray. It is a beautiful condo but for some reason I just don't like it as much as 219. I just don't feel as relaxed there, although the view of the ships coming in to Morehead is good. It was clean and decorated very well with few glasses and only necessary silverware.

Atlantic Beach

Our first visit to the area. Beaches were clean with lots of beautiful shells. The water was amazing and it was great to see the local attractions

Great place to stay

We had a great time!! Our family has stayed in many units at sea spray and this unit is by far our favorite! Management was very easy to work with! Can’t wait to come back!
