The host Jennifer is amazing and friendly. The property is perfectly located in downtown Dyersville where the restaurants and boutiques are located - plus it’s just a 10 minute drive to the Field of Dreams. The apartment is spotless! And has all the amenities needed to live there for a day or a week. The place is spacious and modern and looks like it was just renovated. The master bedroom is large has a king bed and a large closet and half bath. The other bedroom is smaller and has a queen size bed. The full bath room is outside of both but all just a few steps away. It is spacious as well. The washer dryer work great as does the dishwasher. This place is great for a couple, a family or people who know each other well as there is one full bathroom. For food we liked Fuse, The Pub and Farley Family. We’d come back in an Iowa minute - we highly recommend this VRBO.

This space was perfect for my family of 4 visiting from IL to see the Field of Dreams Movie Site. It was so cute, VERY clean, and close to all the downtown stuff we wanted to visit. Perfect walking distance to breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, a brewery, the Basilica, etc. I am so glad we booked this space, it made our Dyersville trip such a great experience!
