This beautifully renovated home provides a nice view of river and falls located next to city park, walking trail, downtown Cascade with restaurants, bars, bakery and shops. Relax on front porch or on back deck while grilling. Provides spacious living area including living room, fully furnished kitchen with island and dining area. Bedrooms are located on second floor, one of which has it’s own private bath. Nice hardwood floors and trim.
Cascade, Iowa is a small Midwestern town with amenities for everyone including; historic buildings, fine shops and great eateries. Special social events are held throughout the year.
Cascade is only 20 miles from the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa, 25 miles from the City of Dubuque, Iowa, 25 miles from Sundown Mountain Ski Resort, 40 miles from Historic Galena, Illinois and 59 miles from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

We rented this beautiful home for the groomsmen to stay in during the weekend of my daughter‘s wedding, and it was the perfect choice. The location was ideal, and the property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was wonderful to work with – responsive, accommodating, and very helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely home and great location by the river and downtown Cascade. Amenities were great and one of the best rental homes we have ever stayed in. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting this region.

We had an excellent stay at The Falls Inn - thank you Jacquie and Herb. The house was immaculately clean and well maintained; comfortable bedrooms; and a well stocked kitchen which made preparing and eating meals at home really easy and enjoyable. Absolutely recommend.

We stayed at Falls Inn in September so that we could visit Field of Dreams for my husband's birthday. Cascade is the cutest little Iowa town and Falls Inn sits right beside a picturesque rolling river. The house itself was a perfect mix of old and new from its beautiful hardwood floors and banister to a perfect modern kitchen. The house was so inviting and cozy and exceptionally clean which was most important to this mom. We were only there one night but already plan to come back and stay longer next time.

Lovely home for a family stay on Main Street next to the River in Cascade. Perfect location between the downtown (including two lovely coffee shops) and the pool. Great porch for happy hour.

Well stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies! Loved the 2 1/2 bathrooms and that it was close to downtown. Stairs were VERY creaky, but it was added charm as long as people weren’t sleeping!

We have stayed here before because of the ideal location and quality of the place. It is roomy and the multiple bedrooms is ideal for our family. The river next door with the cascades to lull you to sleep is a fantastic bonus.
