This Premier 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse is located just steps from Snow Summit Ski Resort, making it one of the most convenient places to stay for your Big Bear getaway. No driving, no hassle, just walk out your door and head straight to the chair lifts.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils to help prepare gourmet meals, just like at home. Enjoy a full-size oven, range, refrigerator, and microwave.
Upstairs, the spacious living area offers the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes, featuring a cozy fireplace, flat-screen cable TV, and DVD player. Central heating keeps the space warm and inviting, and free wireless internet is included.

Big Bear Summit stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in good condition for the age of the building. There was a few issues, nothing major. The entrance and back deck were covered in spiderwebs and pollen. We couldn't use the back deck if we wanted to because of it. The hot water had not been turned back down from winter conditions, so the water was insanely hot. The coffee maker didn't work either. All things that were easily adjusted to. The staff was great and I'm sure they would have handled the issues, but they should be ready to go. The location was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both of the couples who stayed in the main rooms said that the beds weren't great, but other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Overall good just old school procedures

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and somewhat updated. I like the location and convenience. My only complaint is just the check in process. You have to wait in the cold for a manager to get out of bed to answer the door and verify your card and identification. Then they give you keys and ink copy your card. This is a very dated procedure. The trouble of waiting for someone to check you in while your family waits in the cold needing to pee could be avoided with a simple lockbox.
