Welcome to Greenville! Located under 2 miles from both the heart of downtown and Prisma Memorial Hospital. Dog friendly with a fully fenced-in backyard just off the patio which includes a grill and eating area. Enjoy a stylish kitchen stocked with all the cooking wear & utensils you'll need. This beautifully updated home has a light & open floor plan perfect for gathering. Smart TV located in the living room, bar cart with accessories, and a cabinet filled with board games.
The space
The front door opens to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bedrooms are along the right wall and the primary bedroom is located towards the back of the home with an en suite bathroom. The backyard is located just off the kitchen and is complete with a patio, grill, and fully fenced in backyard.

Loved our stay, so much thought went into the extra touches, snacks, plenty of towels and linens. Very close to downtown made our stay very enjoyable!

Great location and very clean home. Beds were comfortable too! And their “dog friendly” claim was above and beyond! Our Frenchie had more fun than we did!

Very comfortable and clean. Very pet friendly with pet bed, toys and blankets. Kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked. Snacks, oatmeal and coffee available. Bed were comfortable and great pillows and linens. I would recommend this house to all.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The home was clean and nicely decorated. A fairly big and shaded back yard for our dogs to explore and exercise. And we were only a mile from downtown Greenville Main street. It had everything that we needed.

Great location for all things in Greenville. The house was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and having a fenced yard for our. 2 dogs was a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again our my next trip to Greenville.

House was great! Exactly as described and more. Very dog friendly inside and out. Beds were comfy. House was cozy, clean, well stocked with lots of goodies for the humans and our dog. Very convenient to downtown Greenville. Definitely recommend!

This is one of the nicest VRBO’s. I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world.It was immaculate. It was very accommodating my dog loved it. I loved it and I even ate ice cream there lolIt’s very close to the swamp rabbit trail and I highly recommend if you’re a cyclist to bring your bikeDozens of really good dining experiences to be found within a 3 mile radiusThe host are amazing and super accommodating. Thank you again for hosting us for the week. We had a great time. Looking forward to our next visit. Hopefully, your place will be available.

Great Location & Size

This home was exactly as advertised & perfect size for three couples in town for a wedding. Check-in was easy, the location was great & we were all very pleased with the home itself. Will absolutely use again!

Loved our stay in this beautiful hose

We had a great time in Greenville. The house was so comfortable that we actually stayed in most evenings. So close to everything. The hosts decorated and stocked home with everything you could ever need including welcome snacks and drinks. I would 100% stay here again.

Location, location, location!

We spent one month at this conveniently-located cottage. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped for our long stay with our two dogs. We really appreciated the outdoor space with the deck, gas grill and large fenced back yard. The hosts provided several welcoming touches (for us and the dogs!) and were very responsive to any needs we had during our visit. This was our first trip to Greenville, and the location of the property made it easy for us to explore all the wonderful amenities Greenville has to offer.

Great Location for contract nurses working at Greenville Hospital!

The home is very close to the hospital. Very clean with wonderful attentive hosts. 3 bedroom each with ceiling fans 2 bath and a fenced back yard.We would love to stay again when visiting family in the area.Again , great location for contract nurses.RN

Excellent stay!

Great spot! Very close to downtown Greenville. Enjoyed our short stay while visiting a family member at Clemson university. Brought our mini Aussie and he loved the fenced in yard! The house came stocked with pet treats and toys, as well as snacks and drinks!

This home is an exceptional property. It’s clean, tasteful, comfy beds, multiple treats and goodies left for us. High end kitchen with high end knives, pots and pans etc. highly recommended.

Cozy home in an up and coming location.

This house was perfect for our weekend in Greenville. The house very well stocked with everything you need for yourself as well as kids and fur baby. Also can't say enough about the communication with the owners as well.

Amazing Greenville Getaway

My husband and I met my parents for a weekend reunion. This house was perfect for us! They supplied everything we needed and even had dog treats and blankets for our pups! The backyard was such a great space for them to run around while we grilled on the porch. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Greenville area!

Great temporary home for a month!

This was a great home away from home for a month with our 2 pups while starting a new job and first time to Greenville. Owners thought of all the little extras for us and the pups. Walking distance to downtown in this fast growing and reviving area. A new duplex was built a cross the street in the time we were there. Ideal location and comfortable. Owners communication & responsive was great.

We had a great stay in Greenville visiting old friends with our 18 mo old and 2 dogs. The hosts went above and beyond: toys, high chair, and a pack & play for our child | toys, bed and treats for the dogs | wine, drinks, etc for us! Area wasn’t the best, but we expected that. We would stay again!

Cute, clean home close to downtown

It was our first visit to Greenville and my husband and I needed a dog friendly place to stay. The close proximity to the lovely downtown was perfect for us. The home itself was very clean and well stocked with everything one would need- both human and canine alike! The neighborhood is up and coming but lacked an ideal place for dog walking, however the spacious fenced in backyard provided plenty of room for our pup to run around in. The owners were very informative and responsive. We stayed a week and overall very much enjoyed our time there. We are looking forward to coming back to Greenville and would definitely stay at this house again!

Great rental, close to everything

This was a perfect place for us to stay with our dogs, conveniently located close to downtown. No destination was more than a 12 min drive away, most being 5! Despite a little construction going on in the neighborhood, the house was very quiet inside! My dogs barely barked at all from outside noises. The yard was clean and safe for them. The hosts were so nice and really made us feel carefree. They provided snacks, water, coffee, dog treats, dog beds and blankets, and a ton of supplies including plenty of towels, toilet paper, toiletries, and paper towels. It was above and beyond!
