A large fenced yard adds to the charm of the outdoor space, while alfresco dining and a grill set the scene for home cookouts.

Three sofas offer ample seating in the welcoming living area. Kick back and stream shows on the smart TV. Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Handy extras include a coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a TV.

Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, a Pack ‘n Play, and an air mattress are provided.

Great house

The house and location were perfect. We loved the porches. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Top shelf rental

This rental fit the bill entirely. We were a family of nine and they lay out of the house was very conducive to all the activity that took place including Thanksgiving dinner. House was very clean. The management service was excellent and on top of things checking in via text to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated well. Location was perfect for our needs for parks and outdoor spaces in reasonable proximity to the house. Would highly recommend this house to future visitors.

Great house

A lot of space! Bathroom layout is a little awkward. We had the shower handle break off in one of the bathrooms the first day. They did fix it.

Just perfect

We had a wonderful stay at your home! The kitchen was far more outfitted than other places I’ve stayed at (e.g. my son was very happy to see a pancake griddle pan, while I was psyched to see coffee filters since I’d forgotten to pack some) which made for such an easy, comfortable time. Close to several beaches, downtown Charleston, and baseball tournament fields, it really was the ideal house. Thank you!

Phun times at Pherigo!

Comfortable and roomy, this house in the heart of the Old Village in Mt Pleasant, SC is perfect for large families with quick access to many fun features in Charleston! Walking the neighborhood was especially lovely in the evenings!

Christmas in Mount Pleasant

This home was just perfect for our Christmas gathering. We were a group of 4 couples and the house was plenty big with lots of cookware and dishes so we could have a big Christmas meal. There was even a small artificial tree to put our gifts under.

Great place to stay

House was super nice and cozy! Plenty of room to spread out. Clean! Loved the screened in porch! Close to several beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Shipyard getaway

We enjoyed our stay for the week. This location was close to the shipyard and was big enough for 3 of our families to stay. Lots of room, great location and lots of kitchen supplies. Great screened in back porch to sit and play games and eat, great front porch to sit and have coffee and lots of sitting room inside. Tons of stores, restaurants and things to do around the area.

It was ok

The beds are pretty uncomfortable. Like all Vacasa homes there are only a bare minimum of amenities. We had to take turns drinking coffee as there were only four mugs. It was in a fairly good location. Vacasa is hard to deal with and will avoid them in the future.

Awesome House and Great Location

Stayed here with 6 friends for a long weekend. The house was as advertised in the listing. It was about a 15 minute uber to King Street and about the same to get to the beach. Perfect location and the house was comfortable for everybody. Also had a great outdoor area.

Great Time at Pherigo Chateau

Vacasa was great to work with! The local team checked up on us and made sure we had a great trip. Pherigo was spacious and super clean! We loved the big comfy sofas in the living area. My family had a great trip. The only complaint worth mentioning was a couple of the upstairs beds were very noisy, like wake you up when rolling over noisy. Luckily there were extra beds for us and we all found places to sleep. Overall it was a great experience!

Great Stay

Great location. Room for outdoor grilling and games. Not far at all from Shem creek and king street. A short uber ride from either. Many Beaches to shoose from are close by as well. Clean house great appliances and tons of space.

A great place to stay!

We loved our time at the Pherigo Chateau. It was a perfect size for 5 people and it was a great location- not too far from Downtown Charleston but also easy to get to Sullivan's Island and IOP! Upon arrival, the home was very clean and well stocked for our stay. There is a Publix really close by for anything else you may need during your stay. We were able to get Uber/Lyft rides from the house to downtown as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family visit to Charleston

This home was perfect for four couples. There was plenty of room both inside and out for meals and evening card games. Great location for sightseeing and numerous places for good food.

Nice location

My family and I stayed here for a last minute getaway and the place was in a great location and was clean upon check in. Would recommend for other families or big groups and would stay again. The only thing is it was pretty dated, but not a problem. Quick drive to the beach!

Great house and location!

Had a wonderful stay! Beautiful house, great spot for families. Lots of room for kids, babies in pack and plays, and lots of seating for adults. Clean, great location and great backyard and porch setup. We all enjoyed it.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used the house for a work trip, and it was a great location. I was sad to be so close to Red Drum and not eat there! Very clean, great communciation.
