Our traditional 3 bedroom brick house is Located in the beautiful and historic Old Mount Pleasant, which is a residential area. You will be 0.3 miles to the Charleston Harbor, Alhambra Hall, The Shops of Historic Mt. Pleasant Downtown. You will also be 0.5 miles from The Pitt St. Bridge where you can fish, drop your Kayaks and or Canoe in the water or just enjoy the beautiful Scenery and Wild Life. You will have a short walk to the many restaurants on Shem Creek. You will be 3 Miles from Sullivan's Island Beaches and 6 miles to Charleston. I have just updated my house including New Furniture, Appliances and Kitchen. No Pets Allowed.

We had a fantastic time in Mount Pleasant. A gorgeous quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurant options. A very easy drive to the beach and Charleston. The house was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the toys and games.

This home was perfect for our weekend in Mount Pleasant. It was close to the wedding venue, shops and restaurants. It was clean and very comfortable to relax in during our stay. We didn’t cook but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. There was also extra toiletries and a hair dryer in the bathroom which was a nice surprise. Our host responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. I definitely recommend this home and would love to stay again.

Convenient location!

Great location for a stay in Mt. Pleasant. It was within easy walking/ driving distance to everything we needed during a wedding event.

The house was very clean and in the perfect location. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, even when we had to change plans last minute, he worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly. The house was well stocked with anything we needed and was kid friendly.

Wonderful way to enjoy Charleston

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Mt. Pleasant but only 15 minutes from downtown, it’s the best of everything. Beautiful and comfortable house!

Perfect retreat for sister trip!

This house was the perfect location for my sisters quick weekend to SC! Quiet neighborhood, cozy home and close to great restaurants. The beds we’re comfortable and the home was well maintained and clean. We would certainly stay here again!

Family visit

We visited family for a week over the holiday. Having been to Charleston on numerous occasions this house was the perfect location for access to our families home & getting around the area.

Great stay

Fantastic communication and love they had a pack and play for us! Further toys for our kids to play with made the stay very enjoyable. Great part of town and very responsive when had questions.

All of the comforts of home away from home!

This quiet, comfortable neighborhood was the perfect rental for our family. The house is located close to all the wonderful attractions that Charleston has to offer. The owner was very responsive to questions and gave great recommendations to area restaurants and attractions.

Weekend in Mt Pleasant

We had a great stay here for our weekend getaway. One more bathroom would have been beyyer, but we had 4 adults & were abke to manage with the one. Cute house. Great location.

Cute little house!

The accommodations were lovely! We had plenty of towels, the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. One bathroom made it a little challenging at times, but we managed. The home was very convenient for us visiting with family only a half mile away. We enjoyed our stay in Mt. Pleasant!

The house is dated, built about the same time as the house I lived in when I went to Moultrie High in the 60’s so I wasn’t surprised—except it was cleaner and better maintained (507 Ruby).Everything went smoothly and we would rent it again IF we wanted to stay in “Old Village”.Thank you Jamey.
