Great location to convention center, disney and universal. The property was exactly as described and had plenty of space to hang out together or enough space to chill alone. Kitchen had essentials and the board games and books was a nice cozy touch.

The appliances and entertainment features need to be updated. The refrigerator had ice trays for ice. If you enjoy sleeping, the master suite is right by a heavy traffic road, that was very very loud all throughout the night.

Great Location Near Universal Studios

Enjoyed the amenities offered and the location. The pool was great, enjoyed the workout room, and liked being within walking distance of restaurants, a brewpub, drugstore, and grocery store. Also easy access to Universal Studios, Disney Springs, and other attractions by car or Uber. We would definitely stay here again.

No AC for the first day. If it is hot, call immediately. By the time they got back with us, they said it was too late to get it fixed. Dirty dishes and silverware put up in cabinets. Aging bathrooms with chipping paint. Garage is manual open so not function for day to day use. Gate behind unit is not operable so you have to walk to a main gate to get out which defeats the purpose of getting the unit closest to Epic Universe. Other than not being able to sleep the first night due to the heat, not horrible but expected better.
