Beautifully decorated lake front home with amazing views of Lake Desoto. Enjoy the large patio decks from the living area all the way to the Master bedroom that provides outdoor sitting and relaxation. Large open floor plan to host family gatherings, ladies shopping trips, or buddy golf groups. Walk down to the lake on the rock path into your kayak and explore Lake Desoto and the area. The home is located centrally just minutes from downtown Hot Springs and all the areas tourist attractions. Closely situated by Waypoint Marina, lighted pickleball courts with playground equipment and miniature golf for the kids. Surrounded by golf courses throughout the village with hiking trails and bike paths for you to explore. Enjoy your coffee in the morning on your deck while enjoying the best view in Hot Springs Village.

Lake Desoto house

The beautiful view plus the cleanliness of the house makes it a big winner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rodney was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. We hope to return to this little piece of paradise one day.

Arkansas Family Trip

This home was perfect for our family of 8! It was clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The view of the lake was beautiful. And we were an easy drive away from downtown Hot Springs. We had an amazing time!

Great spot for a quiet stay on the lake

We enjoyed how quiet everything was here. The kayaks are a great amenity, the water was great, and we had a relaxing stay while exploring Hot Springs.

Great home and location!

Nice clean home with fully equipped kitchen and great views of the lake from deck and interior. Very quiet neighbors. We prepared dinners 4 out of 5 nights there and had everything we needed including a very nice Webber grill. Would recommend for up to 3 couples or a family with kids.

There is just a relaxing vibe in this home. It is beautiful and has a great floor plan. The view was awesome. We really loved kayaking on Lake Desoto.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this house on Lake Desoto. Check in/out was a breeze. Well kept house in a quiet neighborhood. Spent much time on the kayak and on the desk just watching the boats go by. So peaceful and relaxing.

Spring Getaway

The home was immaculately clean, the floor design extremely convenient, bedrooms spacious, kayaks fun, couches super comfy, and the back deck was a birder’s paradise! Also, we all commented on how peaceful and quiet the location is. A great place to just wind down!

Great comfy home!

This home is top notch. Owner thought of everything! Great communication, great location, clean and fabulous open space for karaoking! 😂 We were a family of 6 adults and everyone had a wonderful time by the lake and at the house. Thanks Rodney, for keeping a clean/up dated house!

Great Home and Great Location

This home was very nice and had the extra touches. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, not far from the Hot Springs Village gate. Rodney was excellent at communicating with me. The check in process was easy! We had three couples and had plenty of room for all of us. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Family Vacation

We had such a great time in Hot Springs Village. This rental property was everything we could have asked for; Beautiful lakefront property, so peaceful and serene. The owners kept in communications with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family ranged from 10 to 76 years old and everyone had a great time. If we ever visit the area again, I would defintely like to stay at this property.

So much better in person!

We loved Rodney's home. It was immaculate and even more amazing in person. Check in was easy, contact with Rodney was immediate, the home was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the kayaks. We had such a wonderful time and did not want to leave! Thank you for everything Rodney. We hope to stay again!

Every thing was good except for a bug that appeared to be a cockroach. Would recommend an exterminator to address the issue.

Very enjoyable time!

Our family enjoyed the stay. The house was well laid out and clean. We had a nice view of the lake and deck seating was sufficient. Rooms were very comfortable, and the interior was updated & nicely appointed. Path leading to the lake was maintained and easy to walk. Kayaks were a great addition. One thing that might have made it better, a lakeside dock for easier access into and out of the water. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

HSV Couples Golf Tournament

Housekeeping was awesome, the house was spotless! Loved laundry soap. Didn't cook much, kitchen seemed well stocked. Lots of driveway room. AC in 3rd bedroom was perfect. A bit surprised that 2nd & 3rd bathrooms were across the hall from bedrooms.

We currently live just north of Dallas Texas and bought this home in December 2021. We enjoy our time with our new 2 grandchildren and wanted to have a home away from home that while growing up they could enjoy all the amenities of outdoor life that the area provides. We both have been a part of Hot Springs area visiting and vacationing all of our lives.

We set out to look for an investment property, but one that would give our family the relaxation we all deserve while away from work and home. This property fit all the criteria we were looking for in a home and absolutely love every minute we are able to find the time to visit and stay for any length. The relaxation you feel at this home is unmatched! The peaceful setting with beautiful landscaping, all topped off by the most amazing views of Lake Desoto throughout most of the home.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We had looked at many properties and made offers on a few before this property came on the market. I had my entire family vacationing in the area during Thanksgiving in 2021 and this house came on the market. After seeing the views from basically the majority of the home, with its deck going all the way across the back of the home, and the nice, clean pathway leading to the waters edge, I just knew, as did my entire family, we had found the place to call our second home.
