Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. Easy walk to the water and close to the front gate. We can't wait to stay again. My kids said the wifi was top tier! Lol

Amazing and Comfortable

This place was amazingly comfortable for us, we had 4 adults and 5 children and we had no issues with sleeping arrangements. The owners are very responsive and helpful and the place is absolutely beautiful.

Great spot for a quiet stay on the lake

We enjoyed how quiet everything was here. The kayaks are a great amenity, the water was great, and we had a relaxing stay while exploring Hot Springs.

Arkansas Family Trip

This home was perfect for our family of 8! It was clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The view of the lake was beautiful. And we were an easy drive away from downtown Hot Springs. We had an amazing time!

There is just a relaxing vibe in this home. It is beautiful and has a great floor plan. The view was awesome. We really loved kayaking on Lake Desoto.

Spring Getaway

The home was immaculately clean, the floor design extremely convenient, bedrooms spacious, kayaks fun, couches super comfy, and the back deck was a birder’s paradise! Also, we all commented on how peaceful and quiet the location is. A great place to just wind down!

Perfect for our 5 week stay

My husband and I wanted to spend some time in the Village to explore the area thinking we might want to buy a winter home there (we’re from Michigan). We booked this home because we liked the view and the number of bedrooms/baths in case family came to visit. We arrived Feb 5 and fell in love with the home immediately. It was so clean, had all the amenities of home, open floor plan, beautiful kitchen, comfy couches and mattresses, nice TVs, and a gorgeous view. The location was wonderful…close to the West gate, walking trails, golf, and only 30 min from the historic downtown Hot Springs. For five weeks we played golf, mountain biked, hiked, played tennis, played pickle ball, worked out at the fitness center, and met a lot of wonderful people we now call friends. My husband and I work remote so if we weren’t “playing”, we were working. The home has a wonderful desk area in the master bedroom (with a printer!!). I worked at the kitchen table with a view of the lake. The wifi worked great!! There are areas of the village in which this is not the case. The communication with the home owner could not have been better. Since we were going to stay for 5 weeks, I knew I would do a lot of cooking. I contacted him a couple weeks prior to our stay asking if they had a crock pot and glass storage containers. I told him I would bring mine if the home didn’t have it. He said he would buy some so I didn’t have to pack it. So thoughtful!!! We had family come and visit for a few days. They loved the home as well. It was so nice for them to have their own bedroom and bathroom, yet have a wonderful open floor plan for us to all be together comfortably to hang out. We’re on our drive back to Michigan now and I’m sad to leave. This was our home for over a month and it was perfect. I highly recommend this home, whether it’s for a weekend or an extended stay. You will not be disappointed. You will also fall in love with everything the Village has to offer. We loved it so much, we bought a lot and hope to begin building this summer. Thank you Rodney for letting us stay in your beautiful home. It was lovely in every way.

Girls Trip

This house is fab!! The pictures don’t do it justice! A beautiful lake view from the whole back of the house was such a treat! The house is fully stocked with all the amenities you need and everything is so organized. We wish we could have stayed longer. The location in Hot Springs Village is a perfect distance from town and close to a store. We only drove a few minutes to get to all of the important things to see in town (Bathhouse Row, shops, some hiking, casino, etc). Hoping to come back with family in the future and would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Lake Desoto house

The beautiful view plus the cleanliness of the house makes it a big winner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rodney was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. We hope to return to this little piece of paradise one day.

Great home and location!

Nice clean home with fully equipped kitchen and great views of the lake from deck and interior. Very quiet neighbors. We prepared dinners 4 out of 5 nights there and had everything we needed including a very nice Webber grill. Would recommend for up to 3 couples or a family with kids.

House on the lake

It had an amazing view and the inside of the home was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. There is nothing like waking up to a view of water in a very comfortable bed.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this house on Lake Desoto. Check in/out was a breeze. Well kept house in a quiet neighborhood. Spent much time on the kayak and on the desk just watching the boats go by. So peaceful and relaxing.

Great comfy home!

This home is top notch. Owner thought of everything! Great communication, great location, clean and fabulous open space for karaoking! 😂 We were a family of 6 adults and everyone had a wonderful time by the lake and at the house. Thanks Rodney, for keeping a clean/up dated house!

We currently live just north of Dallas Texas and bought this home in December 2021. We enjoy our time with our new 2 grandchildren and wanted to have a home away from home that while growing up they could enjoy all the amenities of outdoor life that the area provides. We both have been a part of Hot Springs area visiting and vacationing all of our lives.

We set out to look for an investment property, but one that would give our family the relaxation we all deserve while away from work and home. This property fit all the criteria we were looking for in a home and absolutely love every minute we are able to find the time to visit and stay for any length. The relaxation you feel at this home is unmatched! The peaceful setting with beautiful landscaping, all topped off by the most amazing views of Lake Desoto throughout most of the home.

We had looked at many properties and made offers on a few before this property came on the market. I had my entire family vacationing in the area during Thanksgiving in 2021 and this house came on the market. After seeing the views from basically the majority of the home, with its deck going all the way across the back of the home, and the nice, clean pathway leading to the waters edge, I just knew, as did my entire family, we had found the place to call our second home.
