Blue Haven by the Sea is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the Highland Parks neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach that sleeps 8. It is a short walk to the neighborhood's resort-style community pool, hot tub and observation tower, and close to the shops, restaurants and bike path along Scenic Highway 30A.

The first floor is open and easy to share, with a living room, a dining table for 6 and a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and counter seating for 3. A screened porch with rocking chairs is a comfortable spot to relax, and a first-floor office with a desk and sitting area is useful for work or quiet time. A half bath is also on this level.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two full beds; these two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

ABOUT HIGHLAND PARKS
Highland Parks has sidewalks and brick-paved streets leading toward Scenic Highway 30A. The community amenity area includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pit, covered pavilion, outdoor kitchen with grills and an observation tower with Gulf views. Nearby, you can bike the 30A path, explore the state park trails, paddleboard on Western Lake or visit the restaurants and shops in Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside.

Public beach accesses in the area include Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access and Gulfview Heights, both with seasonal lifeguards, restrooms and parking, as well as the Spooky Lane and Shellseekers neighborhood accesses for bike and foot traffic. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available at the Gulfview Heights beach access. More beach access points are listed in the Coastal Dreamin' Guest Portal.

TRANSPORTATION
The driveway fits up to 3 vehicles, and street parking is not allowed. A golf cart is not included with this rental but can be rented through Adventures Unlimited.

Thank you for sharing your home to us

It was home away from home. Everything that we need was included and we were welcome with clean, well furnished nicely decorated home with all the small things provided 'important' that we need throughout the day: Trashbags, toilet papers, washing pods, paper towels etc. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home

This beautifully furnished, clean home was a wonderful get away for our family. We come to Santa Rosa often and will stay here again. We love the pool and so close to our favorite restaurants!

Excellent property. Close to the Beach. Extremely Clean

This property was very clean and well decorated. I felt very comfortable here and slept well. Web had everything we needed and we're only a few minutes away from the beach. The community is quiet. Wish we had stayed longer, but would absolutely book again.

Absolutely Perfect! Highly Recommend!

My stay at Blue Haven by the Sea was superb. The house was immaculate, spacious, well decorated, and made me feel right at home. The location was also very convenient and so close to everything you need, including the beach! I also had to work a bit on this trip, and the home had a room with a desk which made a perfect office, and the WIFI was reliable, so I didn't run into any issues on my video calls. Will definitely book again!

An Absolute Gem

If you are searching for a true gem, a home away from home, or your own personal retreat, consider Blue Haven by the Sea. From the moment we stepped inside we felt at home and at peace. This property was an amazing place to stay for our entire family. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well appointed. In addition to three spacious bedrooms, this location offers a quiet office and complimentary high speed internet as well as a sleeper/sofa if you need a fourth place for someone to rest. Amenities near and around the property were plentiful. Minutes away were walking/bike paths, coffee shops, and restaurants for both casual and fine dining. We were able to prepare a few "home cooked" meals since the kitchen is fully equipped. There are multiple public beach access points only minutes away from the property (less than 5 minutes away!) with free parking nearby. Beach locations we visited were pristine and the water was some of the clearest we've ever seen. We skipped the beach once during our week long stay and took advantage of the amazing pool area, sauna, and tower with breathtaking views of the Gulf. You won't be disappointed. There truly was something available for everyone.
