The Francois Carriage house is a whimsical getaway retreat. Featuring a beautiful wrap around balcony with outside seating and a designated parking space for one car. Newly refurbished to continue our commitment to quality for all guests. The moment you enter you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy all the wonderful amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer.
During your stay there are complimentary beach chairs/towels, two bikes, and beach wagon.
This 750 sq ft house features a loft king bed where you wake to the beautiful blue sky and office area to include wireless internet throughout. The bunk room located on the first floor is directly across from the bathroom. The Francois Carriage house can sleep up to 4 total guests (two adults only).

Featuring a full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range and complete assortment of kitchen amenities as well as stunning granite countertops. There is seating for two at the bar and a dining area that can comfortably seat four.
All the floors are done in beautiful travertine, featuring.
Just steps away from the beautiful Cabana Pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and town center.

We absolutely loved the location and the space itself was very comfortable. We hope to visit again with our two children and would definitely consider this property for a future stay!

Beautiful place

The accommodations were wonderful. The home is decorated so beautifully and fun. It is well equipped. Beach chairs, wagon and cooler were great for the beach which is a 5 min walk. The pool is close by. There are 2 bikes too. Great location. Hope to get back again.

Holiday Stay

The home is small and charming, and it was perfect for our needs during this trip. The location was ideal. However, I didn’t receive check-in instructions and couldn’t get in touch with the owner. Luckily, she lives on-site and heard us when we arrived, so she was able to provide access. Aside from that, we had a great stay. The two bikes available for use were a nice bonus.

Beautiful

This property was super cute and worked really well for our little family. Excellent location and amenities. Neighborhood pool is really close, and lovely. Walk to beach is not at all far, when using the wagon provided to pull the chairs etc! Perfect stay!!

Perfect Family Spot

This property was perfect for my wife and newborn, you are within walking distance to everything in Rosemary and the pool is just around the corner so it made it super easy to go up for lunch and heat breaks. We would definitely stay here again even with a second kid, the extra room is great!

Beautiful beach house and town

My family had a wonderful week. It was our first time in a Rosemary. House was perfect, exactly as stated, and even cuter in real life. It had everything we needed and the location was fantastic-very short walk to beach and town even with two kids in tow.

Stylish Getaway near Cabana Pool at Rosemary Beach

this is our second visit at Francois Carriage. The small space is well organized: no bumping your head on spiral staircase, plenty of storage, large shower. It is 1/2 block from Cabana Pool. We enjoyed the large enough kitchen, the bikes, the W/D.

Great place for a Getaway.

The cottage worked out great for a “me time” getaway. Cottage is nicely decorated. Very nice kitchen with all I needed to cook each day. Location made for easy walk or bike ride to center of town. Having bikes available and garage was a plus. Will definitely return.

Perfectly Appointed Carriage House

My husband, Mini Goldendoodle & I just returned from Rosemary Beach. We had a wonderful stay accentuated by this little carriage house. The owner was so kind to us during our stay and she thought of everything when it came to furnishing the place. The carriage house is located right by a community pool and is within easy walking distance to the town shops & restaurants. We loved our time there and will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Rosemary and we absolutely loved it!! That darling 68 Johnstown made our trip complete. Cheryl and Jeanine thought of everything we needed. The house is decorated so cute, extremely clean, and we walked everywhere! Even though someone was staying in the main house, we felt we had so much privacy with our own entrance. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Cozy and convenient, well appointed, lots of light, lots of beach extras

We've stayed in Rosemary Beach in several properties over the past ten years. Francois' Carriage House was just lovely--everything we needed was right there, super convenient to the pools, town, restaurants and the beach (nothing is very far in Rosemary Beach and we love it that way!). The owner was super accommodating and friendly--we loved everything about our stay. Nice to be able to sit outside on the deck, have a drink watching the sun go down. Having 2 adult bikes and plenty of beach toys and chairs/umbrellas was the best--a wagon to cart them down to the beach as well. We rented additional bikes for our kids and they were delivered and picked up directly at the house--couldn't have been easier. Perfect for a couple and up to 2 kids (who get along!). Bathroom is snug but really, we weren't in the house much to have it be a bother. Outside shower to wash off after the beach at the bottom of the stairs a HUGE plus. Cheryl was a wealth of information and helpful advice--thank you so much and we hope to see you back in RB soon!

Beautiful & clean space, convenient location!

This was perfect for our small family of 4 to have a nice beach vacation. The owner, Cheryl, has created an inviting, gracious place to spend some lovely time in Rosemary Beach. We had the pleasure of chatting with her one day as we were heading out to catch the sunset. She is a very nice lady, & we enjoyed meeting her. She did such a great job of setting up her rental for maximum enjoyment of her guests. The place is even more beautiful than the photos capture. It's so airy and peaceful. The cottage is super clean & very well stocked with nice amenities such as beach towels, a cooler, beach wagon, coffee maker, and a full kitchen. The kitchen saved us so much money & time, as we bought groceries on the way in & ate only one meal out per day. We were within a very short walk of the Rosemary Beach shops, the beach, and several pools - one of which was only 1/2 block away. We took advantage of this & rarely moved our car from the parking space behind the house. It is so much easier to get around this area than in the other more crowded places nearby. Also, all the trees make the walking so much more pleasant, as most of the sidewalks are nicely shaded. We really enjoyed having more indoor space than our usual hotel rooms, because we ended up having to stay in more than we would have liked due to storms moving through the area. Some of the storms were pretty intense, but the house was solid & we felt very safe. The wifi worked great & the cable TV was appreciated...my husband took in a Star Wars marathon while we waited for the weather to clear. Several DVDs and books were available as well. So whether you're outside exploring the beautiful Rosemary Beach neighborhood, hanging out at the pools or beach, or lounging in this lovely carriage house, you will definitely be well situated in this rental!

I booked this property for my wife's birthday, she has always liked Rosemary Beach, it was Perfect! Location was right where we wanted to be, and right where everything is. The property has such charm and warmth to it. Will book it again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful!! Location! Location!!! Beautiful, clean and inviting! Loved all the windows! The access to the beaches and bikes to ride were a huge benefit! We didn’t use any of the pools available but all looked so nice and within a short walking distance or quick bike ride. Everything about this beautiful place was wonderful!! We hope to be back! We would definitely return here at our next visit!!

Family of four (two teenage girls), stayed for 6 nights. It was a perfect fit for our family. We used the two bikes each day and rented two others (and got a 15% discount with Cheryl’s code - make sure to mention the discount in the notes if ordering online)It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants and to the cabana pool. We biked to all of the other pools to check them all out. The provided beach supplies were nice to have.Communication with the owner was excellent.This was our first time to the area and really didn’t know what to expect. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again upon our return.
