Beautiful place to stay and very convenient to Publix and main road to all amenities of Watercolor! The owner was quick to answer any messages sent before and after booking! We highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect and highly recommend! The bikes and beach chairs were a huge plus to have! Pam was very responsive and helpful with questions during our stay.

This carriage house is so clean & so pretty!! Even nicer in person than the beautiful pictures. Such a great location. We will definitely be coming back & have a new favorite.

AThe hosts at this property are amazing. The cottage far exceeded our expectations. We've been coming to 30A for over 15 years. The cottage was so clean and beautifully decorated. The cottage even provided soap and shampoo and related toiletries along with snacks! Great beach vibes. Definitely bookmarking this place for next year.

Had such a lovely time during our stay. Clean, beautiful airy room and beautiful Beachy interior design. It is a fantastic location and we loved using the bikes! Hope to come back and stay again!

Exactly as described. Host was so quick to respond to any questions. 2 minute walk to camp watercolor and so easy to take the trolley to the beach club! Would 100 percent recommend the carriage house for 2. We had a lovely stay!

The perfect stay!

Highly recommend Pam’s carriage house. It was so inviting, comfortable & private! They were great hosts and very accommodating. The perfect place for 2 people who want just a little getaway!
