Beaches & Nature: Within 5 miles of public Gulf beach access (on River Road with showers and restrooms), Perdido Key State Park, Johnson's Beach, and Ft. McRae.

Important Guest Information & House Rules:

Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles allowed, parked side-by-side in the driveway.

Oversized vehicles, RVs, and trailers are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed per HOA regulations.

Neighborhood Etiquette: Respect quiet hours out of consideration for full-time residential neighbors.

Trash Policy: Guests must carry back and properly dispose of all trash from the pool and beach areas.

Check-In Requirements: Signed rental agreement and security deposit hold are required prior to receiving check-in instructions. Travel insurance is recommended.

Additional Services & Extras Available

Early Check-In (2:00 PM): $50 (subject to availability and advance notice).

Late Check-Out (1:00 PM): $50 (subject to availability and advance notice).

Included Starter Essentials: Basic supplies provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets).

Local Recommendations: Refer to the in-home Welcome Book for top local picks including dolphin cruises, Big Lagoon State Park, snorkeling at Johnson Beach, and regional seafood favorites.
