Good clean and large for a two bedroom property.1-Initial problem was bed height. Master was manageable but second bed was too tall for average height guests to get in. There was a step ladder in the hall closet but our guests were 80 years old. Luxury maintenance (who also could not get into the bed without the ladder) helped remove the box springs to allow bed use. 2-The building garbage is outside the unit and multiple rolling garbage cans were dumped around 6:00am and woke up guests in both bedrooms. 3-Building exterior hall lights are on all night outside unit and the curtains and blinds allow too much light into bedrooms. Need blackout curtains. 4-There was a strong rainstorm early one morning and water surged up the drain for the water heater pan and flooded the hall bathroom, hall and second bedroom floor. Towels soaked up the water but was squishing up the LVP bedroom floor. Luxury brought clean towels. Most of the problems can be addressed but a ground floor unit will have noise and privacy issues. The unit is very nicely furnished and has tall ceilings in the living room. Master bath is very large and shower is around 4’X6’.
