This cozy 2-bedrooms/2-full bathrooms Bay View condo is perfect for a weekend getaway. Master suite has a Queen Bed, and is decorated with soft colors and comfortable linens. Two guests can sleep in the guest room in a queen size bed decorated in fun coastal colors. Guest and master bath have walk in shower. Living space offers pull out sofa to sleep 2.
Kitchen is complete with everything you need for long or short stay.
New tv's in each bedroom and living room.

My family had a great time staying in the condo. The location was great. We loved being on the water and being able to walk out onto the docks. Everything was great!

Nice little place close to the beach. Stayed here for 3 nights with my family and we enjoyed our stay. Would defintely recommend the place.

This is not our first time staying . Love this location and the condo ! Clean and quiet ! Would def stay again . Check in is always super easy and never have issues !

This place was absolutely amazing! Great view from the back of the bay but you can also see the ocean from the front door! My family and I enjoyed it very much and it couldn’t have came at a better time for us. Truly a gem to find from the price all the way to the host (who was incredible btw. Very communicative if you need anything) It was a real pleasure.

Girls’ weekend to attend a friend’s wedding. Great location, comfy and cozy, exactly what we needed. Enjoyed our stay and morning coffee talks on the balcony overlooking the bay.

No beach towels or chairs. No soap, shampoo or conditioner in shower.Pool was closed for 2 days and it was dirty on our last day. Nice relaxing stay.

Amazing view and stay!

The condo was amazing clean and had everything we needed! Easy check in ! Pool was great! View was spectacular! We had a blast at the beaches, restaurants, pool and parks! Loved our time ! Can’t wait to come back

Fall Getaway

Great location. Beautiful pool. Less than 5 min drive to Perdido Key State Park. Gorgeous white snd neaches. Close to shopping & great food.

Family vacation

We had a great time !! Location was great . Beautiful sunsets . Loved the dock and the kids enjoyed the pool. Would most def stay again, had no issues what so ever . Loved it !

Very quiet atmosphere, condo was very nice and clean. The elevator was a lil slow but, the steps are there if you are in a hurry. We will be back...

Fun in the Sun

This place was the perfect space for me and a couple of my friends to have a fun weekend at the beach! The condo has beautiful views of the pool, the bay and the beach. There are two outside areas to enjoy, a spacious living/dining area and all of the amenities needed for cooking and drinking wine. It was clean, bright and oh, so beachy! Will definitely stay here again!

Good stay

Condos had good pool, great fishing pier. Close to FlorBama& good restaurants. People who stayed there were friendly. Owner was easy to communicate with. Good balcony overlooking pool. Good area to relax, cook, or play games. Not in walking distance to beach but it was close.

Amazing!!!!!

It was perfect!!! Loved the ability to sit out in the morning and enjoy the sunrise and the ocean breeze and then go down to the dock and hang out in the shade relaxing and so peaceful. It was also right next door to where my son lived so it was easy to just walk back and forth from his place. Everything was so easy to get to. Loved it

Enjoyed oiler stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and the condo was nice. Can’t beat it for the price!

Perdido Key

Had an great time and this unit was all we expected. It was clean, had everything we needed and was easy to access. It was also within walking distance of the public beach and close to good restaurants. We will be coming back.

Overall happy with this place

The condo was clean all but a couple spots on kitchen counter witch was no big deal. It was overall nice and clean. Good size for a family up to 6. Rick was very good with giving info and answering any questions. Great view from front door and patio. Just wish there was something to use to carry our stuff to the room with less trips but overall was happy with everything and we had a great time. Most likely will like to stay again. We slept very good in the beds. The best sleep I've had in awhile.

The dock is so comfortable!

We loved the pool area 9/10 year old boys stayed in it. Also the fishing docks were fabulous for them too. Rick was great to work with we will be back. Beds were comfortable as well. Nice location!
