Waterfront Paradise with NEW Jacuzzi Spa!

Located in Canandaigua, NY on the West side of Canandaigua Lake. One of the few homes located right on the lake. It has spectacular lake views from all sides of the house. This property can only be booked through VRBO..

The home itself, offers around 1800 square feet of casual waterfront living. It is a bright, newly remodeled, comfortable home. The upper floor features beautiful hard wood floors, perfect for reducing allergens. There is a full kitchen, dinning/living room area, master bedroom with a king sized bed and a full bath. This property can only be booked through VRBO. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. There are sliding glass doors in both the dining area and the master bedroom that open onto a private covered deck that runs the full length of the house. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or a glass of wine at night. This property can only be booked through VRBO.

The lower floor has a carpeted sitting area with 2 bunk beds, ½ bath, laundry room and a screened in lanai perfect for BBQ’s, family gatherings, and game nights (foosball table). This property can only be booked through VRBO. There is also a 5 person jacuzzi spa with a lake view for you to relax in and over 60 feet of shoreline to fish or swim. If you come with your boat we have a buoy in front of the house.

Canandaigua Lake is one of New York’s most beautiful lakes, situated in the famous Finger Lakes region . This is a unique and special vacation home which gives you a chance to enjoy every aspect of a summer on the water. This property can only be booked through VRBO.

We have stayed at this property multiple times & always find it well maintained & equipped. In addition to the direct lake access, the covered balcony right over the lake is a major plus as well as the outdoor jacuzzi with direct lake views. There are several areas for people to gather for various games, activities or just a quiet space for reading. The owner Dawn is always responsive if any issues or questions arise. Totally positive experiences. 5 stars

This is an awesome property with great amenities and I love that you can literally walk out the door and be on the lake. The hot tub was amazing and it's very close to local shops and restaurants. Perfect getaway!

Perfect location, responsive owner

Beautiful views, very much enjoyed our stay. Power went out in the area due to storms and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Great lake front place for the family

Amazing property and a great stay. Only ding was that the listing said pool table and Keurig coffee maker and there wasn't these items, but the ping-pong and jacuzzi were awesome.

Wonderful Lake Views and a Cozy stay!

Dawn was wonderful and the check in process was very smooth. Her home is a perfect getaway with friends. Movie nights, laughs in the hot tub, and a good kitchen for cooking! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the finger lakes!

Ideal spot on the lake

Dawn’s house is an ideal spot on Canandaigua lake! Right on the water and million dollar views! Convenient to the marina for a boat rental and close to town for restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Great 2 week stay at the lake! Can’t wait to go back!

Pro-active communications were excellent. Hot tub and kayaks were great additions. Very clean and modern. Had everything we needed. Convenient, clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Charming Lakefront Cottage

The cottage is directly on the lake and has amazing views. It is very close to town and main street. The hot tub was very nice and the outdoor area was great. There were three kayaks and one row boat that were all fun to use. Dawn was available to address any issues that we had right away and was very helpful.

THE BEST AROUND!!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE of any vacation rental we stayed at. Absolutely beautiful property right on the lake! Dawn is such an incredible host! Very clean with everything you need right on property. We never even left the property for 4 days..Just sat and enjoyed the lake! We go every year and will continue to. HIGHLY AND STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Amazing as always

Canandaigua in general, this house specifically is absolutely my favorite spot on earth. If I can get up there twice a year, it is never enough. Dawn is always amazing to deal with, and the house is just so beautiful and relaxing, it sometimes becomes difficult to go do things in town when I could either be sitting on the upstairs deck looking at the lake, in the downstairs porch looking at the lake, or on the concrete pad basically surrounded by the lake. Thank you again Dawn… Hope to be up there again in September!

Incredible as always!

The only place we ever stay when in Canandaigua. We had a five night stay, and enjoyed the lake and the house so much we never even took the cover off of the jacuzzi! LOL We will have to make that a priority when we return in the fall. It was nice seeing the owner Dawn again, and she showed us all the new upgrades since last year. Just when we think the place can't get any more beautiful, Dawn goes ahead and makes it happen. We are already looking forward to coming back in September or October. Thanks again Dawn, and see you in the Fall!!!!

I cannot say enough about this home and Dawn the host! This is our third consecutive year returning to Dawn's breathtaking lakehouse in Canandaigua, NY, and it has become an eagerly anticipated tradition. Words fail to adequately encapsulate the truly phenomenal experience we enjoyed during our stay. From the initial booking to the moment we sadly had to depart, our vacation was nothing short of amazing. Dawns commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of her guests is unparalleled. Thank you, Dawn, for making our annual tradition something we look forward to each year. We cannot recommend your property highly enough. Five stars seem almost too few for such an amazing experience! We eagerly await our fourth visit!

This House is a Catch

My girlfriend and I wanted a nice long holiday weekend getaway in the Finger Lakes and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our time away. This house on Canandaigua Lake is literally right on the water and it has a lovely balcony with a couch, table and chairs where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while watching the sunrise every morning. This house also has an awesome hot tub that is brand new with many features that everyone can enjoy. Dawn, the owner of the property, was very attentive to our needs and greeted us at the home when we arrived to give us a thorough tour of the property. After settling in and unpacking, we noticed the home didn't have an iron to go with the iron board. We reached out to Dawn to ask her about this and within 30 minutes she was able to drop off an iron for us. The home is accommodating for a couples stay or for a family. The house also has many books, games, movies on demand cable TV so on a rainy day you can still enjoy your stay in this comfortable home. The location of the home is also near a couple of small towns where you can enjoy some hiking through parks, locally owned restaurants and boutiques to find gifts unique to the Finger Lakes region. We highly recommend this house as your next stay in the Finger Lakes!
