This is a nice big house very close to the Riverwalk and ready for plenty of guests. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable.

House location was nice and easy accessible to shops/restaurants. We liked spending time at the backyard at the fire pit. Host was very friendly and responsive with all our queries.

This property was perfect for our large group! Location was great for us to easily get back and forth to the marina for the Century Boat Show. Although we didn't spend a lot of time there, it was very comfortable to come back to and put our feet up at the end of a long day. Beds were comfortable, house had plenty of space for the work we had to do while in Manistee. Hosts were also very reasonable, accommodating, and flexible while we finalized our travel plans, who was coming in when, adding days, etc. Definitely recommend this house if you have a large group coming in.

Wonderful place to stay

I recommend this home to anyone. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathroomsand everything you need is onsite, even a fence in yard for your dogs.I can't wait to return.

Perfect location for bike riding, ability to have a dog with a nice fenced in yard. This house is a perfect place to stay with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms , fire pit area and everything you can think of is here. One of the best home I have rented on VRBO and I have been renting for 15 years. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We had a great time! We were in town for our annual fishing charter. Host was super responsive with questions. House was huge, clean, and had everything you could need. Great location right between the beach and downtown.

We really liked the house. It was convenient to everything we needed. We did have a problem with the tub but addressed it with the host. My daughter said we could have had more kitchen towels and wash rags. The first house we stayed she had a written list of check out items and instructions where things were. My daughter thought that might have been helpful. I texted the host a few times but did get timely answers. Overall, we enjoyed it so much if we went back to Manistee I would stay there again. Owner was very nice and cooperative with good communication… however, the unit could use updating, new mattresses for beds, better pots and pans selection. The AC units did not work when we arrived but the owner was very quick to communicate and get an HVAC person to get in and correct the issue.
