You're just 2 blocks from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.
The West Side (Unit B) is also a 4 bedroom | 3.5 bath with its own unique beach decor. It's a separate listing, so please email Beach Getaways for rates to reserve both.
Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies.
If you have not rented the entire home, please be respectful to your neighbors.
4. Two Dogs up to 25lbs welcome, $250 non-refundable pet fee per animal; pre-registration is required. If you've not rented the entire home, please remember that your
neighbor may or may not have a furbaby. Please be respectful.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before
approving the reservation.
