Close to the sand! This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo offers a king bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the guest room and queen sofa bed. There is also a work desktop and chair. Kitchen is completely open to the living room and offers a regular coffee maker for your morning coffee. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms. TV's are all Smart TV's. This unit is located on the South Side by the pool deck. This unit also offers High Speed Internet.

Bathroom - Shower/tub combo
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Needs more kitchen items; i.e. better knives, better organization of the pots and pans and more kitchen utensils. Also needs a dresser in the second bedroom and a curtain to block out the light from the light directly outside the bedroom window.

Clean but lacks kitchen ware

Unit was very clean. Beds are very comfortable. There were hardly any dishes or pots to cook in. Very few utensils. We had to by a spatula to even make eggs. Pans were awful. If you rent here bring your own. No hot pads either. No games or movies or books most units we've rented in these patched these things. Only Roku and Fire streaming. Coffee maker and toaster worked.

Great Location

Condo is very well located right on the boardwalk with a balcony that overlooks the ocean. Interior is a bit dated but the unit was clean and provided everything we needed.

Security and maintenance were nice

I realize by august Dana is probably sick of tourists but that's her job. One afternoon we were at the pool at 6 pm and there were no other people at the pool all day but us. Because my 6 year old granddaughter was with us she made us leave as 6-7 is adult swim. I offered to leave if anyone else arrived but she got very snippy and said Ruies are rules. This was totally mean and rude. All the other guests I asked agreed it was rude. I could see if other people were there but the pool had been empty all day. No one arrived that day to use the pool. Perhaps she could be a bit kinder. Other people kinda laughed when I mentioned Dana and said they totally believe it as she's not very nice. Sad but true. The building is very secure and the security was all kind as well as Brandon the maintenance guy. It's just bad not everyone is kind.

Lovely vacation

My sister and I enjoyed our week in the condo. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including kitchen supplies. The location is convenient to everything but is on a quiet section of the boardwalk. We had some communication issues about our specific week but it was resolved.

Needs Updates

The carpet has terrible stains in every room. The living room has an area carpet thrown over parts to hide some stains while creating a tripping hazard. The bathroom is original with fixtures difficult to turn on to shower. The only perk is the location next to the pool. The balcony has only 2 chairs. The metal railing on the balcony is dented and sticks up at the seam. The renovated units surrounding are much nicer.
