The house is very comfortably furnished and has everything that you need for a week in Rehoboth. We enjoyed the patio and grill. The location and community pool are excellent.

Great stay! This townhouse is in a wonderful location - steps away from Rehoboth Ave but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home was very clean and well maintained, and the pool was a hit during the heat wave!

A great location just a few blocks from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. There are alot of thoughtful touches around the condo, like numerous charging stations throughout. We all enjoyed the pool, and I appreciated unloading from the 2 shaded parking spots just steps from the front door. The spiral staircase could be an issue for some but wasn't a problem for our family. We enjoyed our week at the beach and hope to return next year!

Another great stay! The home is clean and comfortable. Thoughtful accommodations. Location can't be beat, right in the heart of town. Pool is lovely. Neighbors are so friendly. We will be back!

The house was extremely clean up check in. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. I appreciate the hose in front of the house. It was nice to clean off my car mats before heading back home. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent property. Central to every in Rehoboth! And quiet neighborhood. David was very responsive to all our inquiries. The swimming pool was a wonderful addition. Everything is just expensive these days, I guess that comes with the times! Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

Great place - highly recommend! The location is wonderful. We were within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The property is in great shape and was very clean.

Great stay; the place has everything you need in the kitchen, and there's great parking for 2 cars under the balcony. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the back patios as well. It is a 12-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and neat and quiet!

Had a great stay here. Very walkable location with coffee shop, vast dining options, and nightlife all just a short stroll away. The beach is a quick 10-12 minute walk from residence to the boards. I’ll look forward to staying here again in the future.
