This place is in a really quiet location. They have an outdoor shower— which they don’t advertise but it a huge bonus. They are steps away from Rise Up Coffee, a fantastic place that opens at 6am. This little rental is not fancy but if you want a quiet place with good parking this is great! Also there is a really nice spot for locking up bikes out of view under the deck so we brought ours and rode to the beach. Great easy access from here to the bike path to Lewes. Also there’s a farmers market some days nearby

Fantastic location in a friendly neighborhood a short walk into town. The apartment is set away from the street with a quiet porch. The interior feels like a classic beach cottage with a well stocked kitchen. Lots of parking and a short drive to the beach. The beach pass was much appreciated. Coffee shop 2 minute walk but excellent filter coffee maker available.

This location is a great value if you want to stay in downtown rehoboth and aren’t worried about a super modern house with all the updates. It had everything you need, it’s just not fancy - which is exactly what I personally want out of a beach house.Short walk to Dogfish, walkable to the beach and boardwalk if you’re willing, and a nice short drive otherwise. It was the perfect size for my family of 3 - anything more than that would probably be cramped, but you could make it work.

What a lovely place to stay for a few days! Very clean, easy check in/check out. Our host was responsive and welcoming. Easy to get to the beach and downtown from the house. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach and local shops. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was seamless and very friendly. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rehoboth Beach.

Great trip

We had a great stay in the rental property. It was the perfect size for our family of 4! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we were close enough to enjoy Rehoboth Beach!

Another Great Stay

This spot is just the right size for our family of three. The apartment is clean and has the basics for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the parking pass, which allows you to park close to the beach and boardwalk. This was our second stay at this spot and we’ll be back again!

Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach

This has become our favorite place to stay. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but the shuttle bus stop is nearby. It's in a quiet neighborhood.
