Lovely Home

Nice clean and modern open floor plan home. Great activities in the back yard to entertain the kids! Will stay here again next year!

Amazing Experience

Erica and James have this amazing property and it’s true to it’s description! My family and I had a wonderful time, zero complaints. The communication was easy and effective, quick responses, we loved it and will book again.

Amazing and gorgeous

Im amazed that the place looks just like in the pictures it’s clean, nice, beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Erica and James were nice and friendly. The house is fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely come back soon. I highly recommend this place.

Nova Southeastern Graduation Trip

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. From start to finish, everything about our stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed.What really stood out, though, was how fantastic the hosts were. They were easy to communicate with and beyond to accommodate a few last-minute changes to our schedule.We’re so grateful for such a positive experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place and genuinely thoughtful hosts!

Beautiful place

This was a very nice property inside and out. It is a duplex with a shared pool which is listed but we did not catch that part. We were a little uncomfortable with that set up. Some may not mind. Erica and James were wonderful and very communicative with us. Great hosts. All in all a good experience.

Beautiful home!!!

6 adults stayed at the property. It was absolutely beautiful. Very classy. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. The property is adjoined so a great place to stay with 2 families. We shared the pool with another family. They were lovely. Had no issues. Beautiful outdoor space. Would definitely rent again. We highly recommend.

Great Property, Great Communication

We stayed at this property for 4 nights over March break and the house was lovely. It was clean, had basic supplies (shampoo, conditioner, Keurig coffee, paper towels etc), and the location was very convenient (close to a Publix, restaurants and 15 min from Sawgrass Mills). The backyard pool was amazing for my two kids and also relaxing for my elderly parents. Communication with James and Erica was very easy and they were very responsive - an issue with a TV remote was resolved same day. I was really impressed and appreciative of the quick response. The only thing I would highlight is that the rental unit is part of a semi and the units share a wall and use of the backyard pool. However, each has their own set of lounge chairs and toys (corn hole, connect four etc). I was aware of the shared pool but thought they were two separate houses on one property. This was only an issue on one night when the renters next door had a party and were quite loud into the night and could be heard through the walls. After they vacated we had no issues but just something to be aware of. Besides that one night we had a lovely stay. Thanks James and Erica.

Wonderful location for our family wedding trip

We stayed in this home in August, 2022 while visiting FL for a family wedding and our entire stay was perfect. The home is clean and exactly as pictured and described. We were comfortable and had a very relaxing time whether in the kitchen sharing cooked meals or spending time by the pool. Eddie was easily accessible and accommodating. A hidden gem in Plantation, Florida and close to the Ft Lauderdale attractions. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
