Quiet street with no thru traffic. 200 feet to Playground, Kayak launch and bike trails. 5 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Renters have access to the garage to store any beach toys during your vacation. Well equipped kitchen with double ovens makes cooking for large numbers much easier. After a hot day in the sun, kick off your happy hour with frozen drinks from the Island Oasis commercial grade slushy machine. Extra refrigerators and freezers accessible for your stay so only make one trip to the grocery store. Pre and Post season vacationers will enjoy the warm fireplace on cooler evenings. Multiple TV's and Games in the house and all of Rehoboth's entertainment right outside your door.

property was great & we really appreciated the parking, the use of the bikes, the grill and thje linens & towells provided. i would suggest converting the downstairs tub to a walkin shower. thanks for a great stay, Mr jim Pitcher & family

The house is easily the best rental value in Rehoboth beach. It is clean, well maintained and is in a great location to resturantsand the board walk. The owners communicate quickly.

Kendra and her group were absolutely awesome! We had a minor challenge during their stay but it was able to be addressed immediately because they were great about communicating with us. We really appreciated how they handled the situation and they took care of our house as if it were their own. We would recommend Kendra to other hosts for certain and would welcome them back anytime. Excellent winter visit to Rehoboth. Host was communicative, and ensured the house was ready to go even with a recent winter storm. House was extremely clean and kitchen was well-stocked. Could have walked everywhere (if it hadn’t been -10 wind chill). House was great and host’s instructions were clear and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great Property and Location

The house was the best house we have rented at Rehoboth Beach. The furniture and mattresses were all in great condition. The house was close to the restaurants.

Very nice property and a great location. Close to Rehoboth Ave, we walked and biked everywhere. Loved that 2 parking passes were included. Plenty of parking in the neighborhood.

Great relaxing vacation

The house was beautiful and very accommodating. It helped to make our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable. Brian was a wonderful host and was very easy to get in touch with if needed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.

Great family vacation

House was beautiful on a quiet street. Neighbors were very nice, and even gave us some restaurant recommendations. This home had everything we needed to enjoy our summer family vacation. Close walking distance to coffee, shops, and the beach! I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful, comfortable house in a great location

Our group of extended family had a great time staying in this comfortable house located on a quiet street only a short walk to many stores, restaurants, and trails. The beach is also located close by! The owner was easy to communicate with, responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful home, definitely staying again!

I have rented many houses in Rehoboth Beach but this one was the best ever! The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, even bikes and beach towels/toys. I really appreciated that linens were provided. The rooms had a great layout, and it was nice to be able to sit our entire large group in the open floor plan living room.

Great vacation in Rehoboth Beach

My family and I just spent a week at the beach. This property was a beautiful place to relax in and enjoy each other’s company. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The large kitchen was perfect for family gatherings and cooking together. The bedrooms and the set up easily accommodated three families. The host provided bikes and bedding which made our stay even better.

Great Property

We had an amazing time. The house was nice and clean. Brian was very accommodating and professional. He provided clear instructions with check-in. The fireplace was nice in the living room. Nice cookware and flatware. I would definitely book this home again.

Very comfortable, immaculate, well supplied home with an incredibly kind and cooperative owner. Brian was absolutely terrific to work with. He was prompt, professional, agreable and available whenever needed. We brought our adult kids, grandkids and dogs so the fenced backyard and cul de sac location worked great for us. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable bedding with private bathrooms for our group were much appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked, extra fridge and freezer were huge pluses. Everything was sparkling clean and it was a terrific long weekend in Rehoboth! So many things. were provided for which is not always the case with beach rentals. Would highly recommend, we hope to come back!

Beach getaway

We had an amazing stay in this perfect house accommodating family friends with ages ranging from 10-50. Lots of fun for kiddos with huge lot next to house for football, lacrosse, etc. short walk to town and Funland and beach cruisers available to use to ride around town or back and forth to beach Rise up coffee a stone throw away. House was big and clean with 2 huge extra fridges for storing drinks. Brian was lovely and super accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Experience

Superb! Wow! What a warm, welcoming, well-equipped, wonderful home! From the timely correspondence with Brian, ease of checking in, the helpful welcome basket of local guides and home essentials, comfortable beds, charming neighborhood, great walkability to the beach and town, and overall good vibes, we could not have asked for more.
