* No outside vendors or unregistered guests allowed
* No large events, weddings, or ragers — this is not a party house
By booking, you agree that if the police are called due to excessive noise or disturbances, a $500 fine will be charged and the remainder of your reservation will be canceled without refund. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Weekly Maintenance Schedule
To keep everything sparkling:
* Pool Service: Every Monday & Thursday, 8 AM – 12 PM
* Lawn Crew: Every Tuesday & Friday, 8 AM – 3 PM
If you prefer to skip service, notify Kyle in advance (not recommended).

Pets, Smoking & Safety
