Beautiful newly remodeled 1000 SF 2-bed 1-bath with breathtaking ocean views. Unbelievable location just two blocks from the beach and three blocks to Hermosa Pier. Feel the cool ocean breeze with 15ft sliding doors running the length of the unit and a balcony looking down to the beach. Modern and bright second story of a duplex with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, dining nook, gorgeous hardwood floors, and a beautiful bathroom. One bedroom has a daybed (two twin beds) that easily becomes a king and the second bedroom has a king-size bed. There is a 2nd balcony off the back with a barbecue. Garage gym available for use upon request. 1 parking permit provided with ample parking on the street right outside.
