Stylish 2 Bedroom Home in Santa Monica

A stylish and Modern home perfect for business or pleasure in the heart of sunny Santa Monica.

Centrally located in Mid City Santa Monica, this newly remodeled home is close to beaches, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and world famous shopping.

I highly recommend walking up the street to award winning Fia Steak for a luxury patio dinner, sip Happy Hour cocktails at Jonah's, enjoy brunch at Milo and Olive and stop into Erewhon for an Organic Smoothie and snack.

This remolded home features two bedrooms with smart TV's and two luxury spa inspired bathrooms with rain showers and custom tile.

The open floorplan is perfect to enjoy time with family or friends while cooking and relaxing in the stylish living space. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are both located less than a half mile to stock up on all the essentials.

Traveling around the city is a breeze with plenty of parking at the property. The house features a private attached garage and a driveway that accommodates two cars. Conveniently located in the garage is a brand new washer and dryer.

The place is immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable. The showers are clean with plenty of water. It is in a central location. I recommend a stay there.

Very very comfortable great location the check in and finding wi fi was a bit tricky but put that down to just coming off 2 international flights and being not used to the locking mechanism. Thoroughly recommend this place idea for a group of; 4

Very nice property. Very clean and well maintained. The location was good. I would definitely stay there again when I go through LA. The communication on checkin day could have been a little better, but overall the host was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed are stay very much.

Lovely modern and spacious bungalow. Appliances were really good and include washing facilities etc. Bed was big & comfy and nice toiletries included. Any issues were resolved quickly with host. Location was excellent and parking was really handy.

Excellent stay in this comfy Santa Monica home. We travel to Santa Monica 3-4 times a year to visit family. We have been waiting for a good VRBO near our son instead of staying in a hotel. Clean and stocked with everything you need, near shopping and some great restaurants! Can't go wrong with this place.

Home was clean and beds comfortable. We did not use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. Checking in and out was easy. Owner responded quickly to all our questions. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was as advertised. The location was excellent, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Check in would have been very simple had the instructions for the entry keypad been clearer. Overall we felt very safe. Host was not overly welcoming and did not reply to my countless messages asking for instructions when the power was cut due to street maintenance shortly before check out. Other than this, an excellent stay.
