Newly renovated, coastal decorated, 2 bedroom and 1 bath. Includes a washer & dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to cook meals at home! Please note, 2 exterior security cameras are in use.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Very clean. Walking distance to downtown Dunedin. Quiet and comfortable home and location. Would stay here again.

The accommodations were good, clean and stocked with helpful beach equipment as well as condiments, etc. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful! The outdoor area could use a little work but really nothing that affected our stay.

Cute and comfortable!

My stay was so relaxing. This place is so close to the beaches, great restaurants, and not to mention downtown Dunedin. I am already wanting to plan another trip later this year and stay here again. Also, if you want peace and quiet, this is your place.

Great bike trail, cute little town fabulous food

Great stay

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 2-year old daughter. This property had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for the beach. Great place to stay!

Fantastic stay!

Brent and Stephanie continue to knock it out of the park. Clean, well stocked, fun cottage. So close to everything! Comfy beds! We hope to be back soon.

Long weekend stay 10/19-10/23

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and all of the household necessities that were provided to us. The property owners really go above and beyond to ensure the place has everything you might need and more for the perfect vacation. The golf cart was the highlight and so helpful for us to get around town!

Wonderful stay

We needed a last minute place to stay and Justin, Stefanie, and Lori were incredibly accommodating. The home is the cleanest vrbo rental we’ve ever stayed in, meticulously clean. And Lori went above and beyond to accommodate our date change. Highly recommend this stay and thank you Justin, Stefanie, and Lori!

Cozy home away from home

This was a cozy home away from home with everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay provided by Stefanie. The decor was cute/beachy and it was spotlessly clean. The location was quiet and peaceful and the town of Dunedin was charming. I would love to return.

A great place to stay!!

A very clean and well maintained space. The hosts have you set up to really be able to make the most of your time! The beach supplies are perfect for spending time on the beach and the golf cart is a fun way of exploring Dunedin. We will be back :)

Cute little duplex

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook some meals at home and all of the beach equipment made our beach days extra enjoyable. Justin was good about responding to any questions we had. The golf cart was awesome to travel to Main Street Dunedin. Great location and would stay again!responding to some questions we had.

Quaint town!!

We had no issues at all during our stay. The house was very well equipped and clean. It had everything we needed! The golf cart was lots of fun and we had a great time riding around town!

Lovely clean apartment, had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well stocked. Loads of towels and beach equipment. Cart and bikes was great to use to get around the town.

Super relaxing

Me and sister booked our beach vacation here. The beds were absolutely incredible. The whole place was so clean and she had everything you could ever need there that you might forget at home. It’s very close to downtown and there’s plenty of cute shops and restaurants. My only note would be it’s a duplex and the host lives next door, and the other houses are very very close together. That’s not necessarily an issue but the walls were very thin and you can hear talking/noises. The hosts were amazing and very quick to respond. I would definitely come back or recommend this stay!

You want the best this is it !

This residence was absolutely beyond my expectations, there was everything in the residence that anyone could possibly want or require on a vacation. I travel extensively and this the best, i have never had access in the most expensive hotels that were supplied in this residence, chairs and floats for use at beach, every kitchen appliance you could possibly want. I have no problem should anyone want to contact me with regards to this unit. I only hope I am able to rent it again and it is not fully reserved. I only wish my own home was as spotlessly clean as this unit.

We stayed here for 4 nights and would definitely come back again. We loved the proximity to the bike trail and downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet and Stephanie was very accommodating. We had fun exploring the area with the golf cart. The house was super clean, had everything you needed to enjoy the local beaches, and the kitchen was well equipped. This was a great find!
