Hello from sunny Florida! Grab your bathing suit and get ready to relax and unwind in Dunedin, Florida! Less than 1 mile to Downtown Dunedin and Dunedin Marina!! 2 blocks to the new Blue Jay’s TD Ballpark and just 4 blocks to the Pinellas bike trail!

Freshly coastal decorated, 2 bedroom and 1 bath. Includes a washer & dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to cook meals at home! Please note, 2 exterior security cameras are in use.

This place was perfect for our trip. Clean, easy communication, had everything we needed. The Golf Cart was a huge plus as you can get everywhere you need to go easily. Would definitely rent again!

Another wonderful stay! We have stayed here multiple times, and it never disappoints. The place is always spotless, comfortable, and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach day. We especially love having the golf cart it makes getting around Dunedin so much fun and convenient for exploring the shops, restaurants, and everything this beautiful town has to offer.Justin and Stefanie are wonderful hosts, and we truly appreciate how welcoming and accommodating they always are. Thank you again for another great stay! We love coming here and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great place with a great location. Very clean. Just as advertised. The host was easy to communicate with. The overall experience was great. We would stay here again. BTW, hard to find places like this in Dunedin. If you can get it we highly recommend it!

The exterior was not clean- dirty paper towel at front door, dirty mat and needed to be swept. The interior was lovely.It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and bathroom and comfortable beds and linens. We did have an issue with the washer and it was resolved quickly. I do think that guests need to be forewarned that the property owners home is attached to the rental property with a shared bedroom wall.We unfortunately were able to hear their conversations, their children and their dogs. At times this became very uncomfortable and on one night kept us awake.

We had a real nice stay at Stefanie and Justine's place in Dunedin. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The town was cute, small and not very touristy. Towns people were polite and helpful. The house/condo was comfortable clean and just what we needed. The golf cart was a plus. Enjoyed cruising around in it. We were within 15 to 40 min to fabulous beaches. I can not think of anything negative to say. I highly recommend this place.

Cozy place with all the amenities needed. Quick response from property owner when I had a question. Golf cart was a great plus for our stay. Would recommend this location!

We had a wonderful stay in Dunedin. The house was perfect for us. As mentioned by many reviewers the bed was soooo comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was really great. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The beach equipment was a real bonus! Dunedin is a great little town and the beach on Honeymoon Island is only a 15 minute drive and was so lovely. Thank you Justin and Stefanie

Great place to stay, close to main street. Found everything to be clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, crazy water pressure. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, loves the golf cart

Great town with amazing food and shopping! Fun being able to ride around on the golf cart. A trip to Honeymoon Island State Park was a perfect addition! Loved it!
