The unique location offers direct line of sight to the Blue Ridge Express ski lift from the back porch or the comfort of the den couches. This provides a great meeting spot for the family or allows parents to keep an eye on the older kids every time they come up the ski lift. Need a break - get straight off the lift and walk 50 yards directly into the back patio with keyless entry!
New as of November 2020: Awesome Modern Flames electric fireplace with multiple lighting settings and thermostat. Ceiling fan in the master. New washing machine. New LED zoned ceiling lighting throughout. New wood plank ceiling in the den area for a really cozy cabin feel while you watch the skiers and hang out by the fireplace.
Unit was redone in 2017 to include, hardwood floors, built-ins, newly installed heating and cooling, and crown molding though out. Lovely granite adds just the right touch to the newly updated kitchen with custom cabinets. The bathrooms have been upgraded to include a walk in showing in the master.
Enjoy watching the skiers through new windows as you sit in reconstructed fireplace/den area. Unique layout makes efficient use of all available space and has several seating areas. The den area has a pull out sofa, unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Express ski lift, and slopes. Nearby is a TV watching area with sectional sofa. There is bar seating in the kitchen, and a small dining table beside the kitchen.
Ultra convenient parking space directly beside the private front door entrance with minimal stairs. Unique parking space easily accommodates large SUV.
Queen bed in master. Twin over twin bunk beds and a full bed in the second bedroom. Bedding, blankets, and pillows are kept in like new condition. Full size pull out in the den area. 50" smart TV in main room, and TV's in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, silverware, Keurig, 12 cup coffee maker, pancake griddle, and lots of pots and pans. Unit comes with a washer and dryer.
Owners are local and frequently use the unit. Cleanliness, modern amenities, convenience, comfort, fun, and relaxation are priorities.
*Covid and linens/towels. Feel free to bring your own if you are more comfortable doing so. However, as of now, we will continue to provide 4 towels and bedroom sheets. Due to linen shortages and different cleaning requirements, our management company cannot provide additional linens or towels. Please plan to bring what you need if you require more. Also, bring sheets if you plan to use the full size pullout sofa.
