Cozy Home

Mary Jo was a great host. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our month stay. Would definitely stay at this home again.

A little slice of HEAVEN

This property was a little slice of heaven for us. Buy don't let my title fool you when it comes to the size of the property. It was the perfect size. Every area was roomy and beautifully put together to be super functional. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING and we sat outside to eat, most days, at the large poolside table. But if we did eat inside there was a spacious dinner table for us to use. The bedrooms/closets were pleasantly larger than expected as well. This place was so wonderful we plan to use them for our return visit (I'm not even worried about if there might be something better out there because I don't believe there is). The owners were very quick to reply to any questions I had and were super nice and VERY accommodating. Just a few blocks away is a grocery store, a Walgreens, a Chinese place, pizza place, and liquor store. You don't have to go far for anything unless you want too. They also have a garage that you can actually park in to keep your car out of the sun. I cannot say enough great things about this property and this host. If I could give it more than a 5 star rating I definitely would!!!

Vacation Getaway

Beautiful home in wonderful neighborhood. Short family vacation very enjoyable love the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!

The house and set-up were perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were definitely the stars of the show! We were in town for a birthday party at our friends’ who live less than 2 miles away, so the location was great for us. It’s also very convenient (even walkable) to Publix. We would definitely stay here again!!

Centrally located. Easy to the Islands 5 mins away, go North to many beaches Punta Gorda, Venice, (Englewood is our favorite for "shark teeth" hunting along the beach. Sarasota too! Go South to Ft Meyers, Bonita Springs, Naples.. Home is just blocks away from grocery and restaurants
