Hello! I'm Victor, I live and work in beautiful Cape Coral with my wife Alessandra. We have a combined 15 years of previous work experience in luxury hospitality at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in several cities throughout the US and we strive to carry that same level of service and product into our Airbnb homes!

I am a local real estate broker and builder in Cape Coral. I know the city like the back of my hand from the 20 years I've lived here. If you have any Real Estate or construction questions or would like to tour any properties during your time in Southwest Florida, I would more than happy to help!

In our free time, we love to travel, experience new cultures and meet new people. Even though we don't always get to meet the guest enjoying our homes, we are always available to answer any questions and are just a couple of miles away if needed!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We fell in love with the tranquility this property and neighborhood offers. The backyard, the pool and hot tub really provide the peacefulness and relaxation we search for when we vacation.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our backyard is second to none! Offering a salt water heated pool and spa. The spa easily fits 10 people and the pool has a spacious sun shell area that is perfect for kids. The proximity to Cape Harbour Marina, the restaurants, bars and shops is really a great benefit to this property. You can walk or bike ride to these restaurants and even grocery stores just down the street!
