Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wonderful beachfront home with step off the porch and you’re on the beach. Comfortable condo on Cape San Blas with beaches, restaurants, state park, hiking trails …. So many things to do. Inside beautiful-outside looks like paint will be coming this season - but that happens on a beachfront home. Don’t let anything discourage you. This is an awesome place. We loved it. Hope to return soon!

The screened balcony and the gated area on the first level were perfect for our dog that loves to watch the ocean waves. The views were perfect! It was so nice to have such a welcoming pet friendly place to stay.

Overall the condo was clean, view was amazing. The place was very spacious and thankfully they were restoring the beach so we got to enjoy it.

This is a beautiful and well furnished condo. It is right in the beach and has everything you need to feel at home. Our only complaint was that there was beach construction going on from 6 am until midnight every day - the whole condo would shake as the cranes sped by ( the went fast which was yet another concern with kids) and it was loud and lit up. We did not get a lot of sleep. I will definitely give this condo another try once the construction is over - condo is definitely 5 star... we just wish we would've known that the construction would be that loud and that early in the morning and late at night before we booked this year.

The property was beautiful but the ongoing construction was not disclosed at the time of booking. This made for a not so pleasant and relaxing beach experience. I have already addressed this with new wave property. Hopefully the project will be complete and we will try again next year. Thank you

Very clean with plenty of towels! Loved the upper and lower decks - especially the loungers on the upper and the swing on the lower. The kitchen basics were there but coffee filters and a starter pack of coffee would have been appreciated our first morning. A great trip and we will definitely try and book again.

Home was clean. Dryer would not dry. From outside we observed lint coming out of vent on outside. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work. Kitchen could use maybe a keurig and electric can opener. The parking was a little difficult but I do believe will improve with completion of beach restoration.

We’re so happy to hear you found the home clean and were able to enjoy the beautiful waterfront location during your visit! We did want to let you know that the dryer repair is already in progress, and replacement parts have been ordered so we can get everything back to perfect working order as quickly as possible. We also truly appreciate you mentioning the ice maker so our team can take a closer look during the next inspection. As for parking, we completely understand it can feel a little different right now with the ongoing beach restoration work in the area. While we do not currently allow parking underneath the home, there is a very large gravel overflow parking lot available for guest use, as shown in the listing photos, and it provides plenty of additional parking space nearby. We’re hopeful the completion of the restoration project will make the overall experience even better moving forward! The home is stocked with a standard drip coffee maker, though we absolutely love hearing guest suggestions and are always happy to pass recommendations like a Keurig or electric can opener along to the owner for future improvements and upgrades.

Peaceful and relaxing
