Eric was awesome to work with and was very accommodating. The property is close to town and provided all the amenities that we expected and more. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a property at Lake Tahoe.

I have rented this same house during the same week in July for the past 5 years. I can’t say enough good things about the house the location and the communication you have with the owner Eric. I highly recommend renting if you plan on going to Lake Tahoe.

Property was very clean and comfortable..The wall mounted air conditioner did not work, although property details did not list AC as supplied. But it would have been appreciated as it was very hot on the dates we occupied the house.Thank you!

Thanks for the review, Judie! I may have forgotten to mention that the house does not have AC. As you probably know, from your home your family's had on the lake up there since the 50s, "generally" Tahoe homes didn't need AC. Just open the windows at night, maybe close the curtains during the day (our house faces south on one side, so that gets beaten by the sun) and that's usually sufficient. Granted, that may be changing, and your stay was when it was 100 in the valley, so I'm sure it was warmer than usual up there, too. All that said, that's why the wall controller didn't turn on any AC. It's a heat pump only. I thought our Welcome Book covered that, but I'll have to double check. Regardless, glad you and your family had a great stay. Come back any time! Thanks again. E

Great stay in Kings Beach, Lake Tahoe

Great house on two levels, with two separate living areas. Fun area, easy access to beach and restaurants. Beautiful lake, trees, and weather.

Kings Beach - Our home away from home

Another great stay at Eric's property. This was our second time staying here and all was pretty much as expected. We had 3 adult couple this time and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Great Tahoe Stay

Great location in Kings Beach. It was an easy walk to the restaurant and waterfront. The house was comfortable and had most amenities. Communication with the host was excellent!

me and my family stayed at this beautiful place as we were attending a wedding and the house was very clean with all accommodations we were looking for. Eric was also super helpful with all of our request. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
