Just Perfect!

The property was beautiful! The initial email instructions from the host were all inclusive. From the kayaking to the fire pit and hot tub, our entire stay was just what we needed to relax, explore, and get away.

Romantic and Perfect

This cabin was absolutely perfect. We were there to celebrate our anniversary so we wanted a romantic getaway and thats just what we got! I would love to go back again in the future.

Perfect place to Recharge

Dawn’s Early Peak was the perfect retreat to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was quiet and offered plenty of privacy. All the rooms were extremely spacious. The house and deck were immaculately clean. It was the best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. The amenities were outstanding, and the entire rental felt high end while still being cozy and comfortable. You will not be disappointed booking this property!

Beautiful Cabin

Cabin was beautiful. Location is perfect, easy to get to. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Will definitely go back.

Wonderful!

We’ve been to this area every year for the past 8 years and stayed at many different locations. This cabin and location were our most favorite by far! We will be back!

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I spent two nights at this beautiful cabin and it was everything we expected and more. I would recommend this cabin for anybody, very nice. We would stay here again!

Perfect getaway spot!

This was the perfect spot to relax and spend some quality time. The cabin was very nice and there was plent of activities nearby to get out and have some fun!

Anniversary Trip

Little slice of paradise

We arrived to music playing, heater was on, and all the lights were on for us because the host knew we would arrive after dark. The cabin looked fairly new, or recently updated, and very clean. Outdoor area and hot tub was perfect. Its nestled in the woods with lots of privacy. Repeat customer for sure!

Wonderful private getaway!

If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place this is it. The cabin is absolutely Beautiful! Only 30 min outside of Hochatown.

Peaceful retreat

Came out of the Air Force in 1984 to work for EDS (Electronic Data Systems - a Ross Perot company) in Dallas, TX. Worked there for 10yrs and then worked for Perot Systems which was then bought out by Dell and recently NTT Data Services where I recently retired. I feel blessed to have known and worked for Ross Perot for so long.

Married and and have (1) son that just graduated from UNT and is now an officer in the U.S. Army

Dawn's Early Peak Cabin just became available Dec 2022. This is a (1) bedroom cabin that is cozy with many extra's. Hot-Tub, comfortable 2nd level deck furniture overlookiong a pond. A beautiful 6ft fireplace will surely impress your signifcant other.

Rivers Bluff Cabins is certainly a one of a kind getaway. We have beautiful premium cabins with awesome views of the river but also provides "PRIVACY" along with great kayaking. Kayaks come with your cabin rental at no additional charge. I recommend checking reviews from others.
