Enjoy a peaceful retreat on the Mountain Fork River. Great hiking, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the riverfront deck taking in the fresh air.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished luxury cabin features a king size aspen log bed and 2 queen size aspen log beds. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. The living area comes complete with flat screen smart TV, DirecTV, DVD player with movies, and games. Master has smart TV. Free Wi-Fi access. The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer.

The large back deck overlooks the Mountain Fork River. There is a fire pit to roast your marshmallows, a grill for those who wish to cook outdoors and a swing by the river to relax and enjoy the wildlife.

Amazing cabin

Beautiful place. Decor is so nice. Right on the river. We filled the bird feeder and saw so many birds eating. The gas fireplace was so convenient. We will definitely be back.

Quick Weekend Retreat

We loved the property, 3 lovely bedrooms and all decorated for Chrstmas. The house was well furnished and stocked with kitchen necessities. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we were unable to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful river that was right there and the indoor fireplace was out of gas.

Holiday Stay

My wife and I are regulars with VRBO. This property was absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a weekend stay on the river in the forest, I cannot recommend this property enough.

Great cabin experience!

We came for the eclipse from FL and couldn’t have picked a better place! The cabin is BETTER than pictured! It is cozy, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We were able to go kayaking after the eclipse with the included kayaks which was a bonus. The master has an awesome view of the river. I only wish it this cabin was closer so I could come back again and again (and I still just might :)

Long Weekend

Visited over weekend but still long enough to visit local area. Enjoyed water , fire, and hiking trails. Short travel to town but very relaxing , quite location.

Wonderful visit

We have stayed for 4th of July the last 2 years and its a reality wonderful place to stay! This time we had a big storm roll through the first evening and the property manager is really very awesome!!! I texted him to let him know a tree was down from the storm (that nearly hit the cabin!) And power was out. He showed up before the storm had even passed to check on us, clean up and arrived first thing in the morning with several people to get down trees. He really took care of us and it was appreciated so much. We have teenage boys and they fished and kayaked the entire time. The oldest 2 boys got too far from the cabin when another storm was gonna roll in at the same time they were cutting down trees that next day and he was organizing a search party before we even said anything. Luckily, we were able to find them without it but it really meant a lot the care he took with our family and truly cared. The cabin is so nice but we knew that having been last year. Even with the craziness of storms, it was a great time!!!

Peaceful location w/ access to River

We really enjoyed our time at Riverside Landing. The cabin was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and in immaculate condition. Our favorite part was having access to the River and kayaks. We had a blast kayaking, fishing, floating and swimming. The owners were responsive and helpful.

Spring Break Getaway

Nice, relaxing getaway. Plenty of room and great location on the river. Away from overcrowded Hochatown, but close enough for hiking and mountain biking.

Great getaway

The cabin had everything our group of six needed to ride out the 2022 Christmas cold snap in style. It was well stocked, well maintained, and nicely decorated. Location is great: quiet and right on the river. We want to come back when it is warmer and use the kayaks.

Beautiful cabin and scenery

This place is so pretty! It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with most things you would need. The property manager Darin came within 5 mins to help us with the gas fireplace and with the TV. He was very helpful. We enjoyed our visit with him. The cabin was nicely decorated with rustic fall decor. Loved it all! The outside was awesome. It felt like a dream. The fall leaves are falling from the trees and the river was nice and full due to several days of much needed rain. It was so peaceful. We loved our stay here and we definitely will be coming back.

Nice relaxing place with a wonderful view

Booking and checking in was an easy and smooth process. This place was about a halfway meeting place for us and our son who is away at college. We had a wonderful time!! Our boys kayaked on the river, it was low and slow moving so the little one had a blast. We weren’t to far from the Broken Bow attractions so we spent some time there. Our mornings started on the patio with coffee and that’s where we spent most of our time. Unfortunately we were unable to grill or have a fire (level 4 burn ban) but the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the food we’d bought. We fell asleep on the couches, which were extremely comfy, watching tv at night but our son said the bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more, this place definitely didn’t disappoint!! We’re already checking schedules to come back!!

Great location and amenities

Every utility you could ever need in the kitchen was provided for. The house was very comfortable and we loved the patio. We had a WiFi issue but they brought over another box right away which worked great. We loved the river view and fire pit. Unfortunately due to lack of rain the river was too low to kayak more than 500 feet either direction which was a disappointment but we were forewarned. I’m not a huge fan of memory foam beds but they were comfortable. We would totally stay here again if we were to ever come back as long as the river is higher! I really appreciate how responsive the host was to our questions prior and needs after. The place itself was exactly as the pics. It was a very nice place!

Relaxing by the river

A nice relaxing weekend getaway. We watched the river flow, the breeze blow through the tree tops, the leaves fall, the fire crackle and the stars twinkle. House accommodations were very pleasant and comfortable. Definitely would go back again.

Great getaway

The cabin was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The location was very relaxing and quiet. We were pulling a trailer with kayaks, and we had plenty of room to back in and maneuver. You are about 30 minutes from a grocery store, so plan ahead. There is a small Convenience store/gas station and Dollar General 5 minutes away. Our kids loved going down to the water. It's a bit steep so little kids may have a hard time, but our 6 and 9 year old were fine. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay, cabin was very clean, peaceful and private. We enjoyed star gazing , roasting marshmallows, kayaking, and grilling out in the evening. Property manager was attentive and always available when I called. Will definitely visit again 👍

This was a great stay, good disconnectk from world but phone reception very spotty.

You will enjoy your stay here, peaceful location with beautiful views of the water and trees. Only minor issue we had was getting to cabin, it was a little struggle to find once we made it inside the front gates. There is a sign at the front that points the direction to cabin but that was the only sign we saw stating what direction the cabin wass. Rivers landing is located down at the end of a stretch of dirt road where the road curves leading to other cabins all which have signs indicating their direction. After taking the curve and not finding the cabins with the other cbins, we turned around saw a sign further down that dirt road stating "River". Might be more helpful if a sign with arrow pointing toward the entrance leading to the river that said "Riverside landing" and the name of the other cabin was placed at that entrance. The road is a little rough but is driveable in any vehicle taking it slow and definately worth the nice view once you get to cabins. Also phone reception was spotty so make sure anyone meeting you there has all the info to get to cabin because reception was not always good. No local TV stations but there are the usual apps, netflix, prime, etc, bring your firestick or casting device if you prefer to not use your sign in info on the cabin TV's. The river was very low in areas due to lack of rain but we still took the kayaks out for a spin, even though we could not go as far down the river as we wanted we still had fun. For those with some mobility issues, getting down to river may be a bit of a challenge, you have to make your way down some wooden stairs which was no problem but then you had to slowly climb down some rocks before getting to the last set of concrete steps to get to the water. Everyone in my party had a terrific time, it was a great escape from the city and a nice get away to spend a relaxing weekend with friends.
