Adorable newly renovated bungalow.

This adorable bungalow is less than 1 mile (walking distance) from Daikin Park, Shell Stadium, George R Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green and city center. Just a train ride (5 minute walk to train platform) to NRG football stadium, Midtown, Theater District, Museum District, and University of Houston. Beautiful park across the street. Great neighborhood. Walk to many local pubs, restaurants, and various other types of entertainment. Children under 12 are allowed on a case by case basis, as our bungalow is not set up for children.

Maddie and Tim were great hosts. They were easy to get in touch with and couldn’t have been kinder. The location made it easy to get around town.

So cute & cozy. We were happily surprised by how spacious the bungalow is inside. Amazing location close to all things downtown. Walking distance to many cute bars and restaurants. Park across the street is perfect for doggies.

Communicative and welcoming hosts, extremely cozy and comfortable spot, tucked away in a great area close to local shops and faire. Stayed one night but highly recommend!

Perfect stay, ideally located near to Daikin park to enjoy an astros game. Metro is close by also! Owner was very communicative we really enjoyed our visit!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were amazing, a great little park to walk the dog and fun places to eat close by. Appreciated info from the hosts. Will definitely stay again!

Property is located in a very safe vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get around town with many restaurants and venues within walking distance or a short walk to the street car. House is so efficient and comfortable. We will be back for sure and would highly recommend this place for your Houston stay!

Home Away from Home

Amazing little spot perfectly nestled in a convenient downtown Houston neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone I know traveling in from out of town! Lovely home, lovely host, and all around 10/10 experience.

Great location! We had a weekend full of events in downtown Houston and we were never more than a short drive, Uber, or train ride to every location. We also went to an Astros game while there and it was the perfect location for an easy transit before and after the game. We brought our toy poodle and the park across the street made for easy early morning or late evening walks. It was clean, cute, and comfortable!

Perfect stay! Appreciated last minute booking approval, because trip purpose was to attend family funeral. All necessary life amenities are present in this comfortable, clean, quiet, well appointed giraffe and beach themed bungalow. Owners/hosts are just next door and available when needed but not obtrusive. Extremely kind and understanding hosts; If I lived in Houston, I would want to be friends with them.

The Beach House theme provided a relaxing respite in my very busy workweek. The bungalow is cozy, clean, and a first-class accommodation inside and out. It's newly renovated, with a walk-in shower, full kitchen, and comfy living room/dining area. Styled like a beach house in soothing colors and lovely decor. A brilliant touch is power strips where you need them. There's off-street parking at the front door. It's located in the lively, upbeat EaDo (East Downtown) area of Houston, where neighborhood restaurants, bars, and shops are plentiful nearby, including the original Ninfa's restaurant. It's just across the freeway from downtown, a :30-minute walk or short Uber ride to the George R. Brown Convention Center, and Daikin Park is also within walking distance. The very nice young landlords are next door and responsive to requests. I slept in the queen-sized bed, which is comfy, but I didn't open the hide-a-bed in the couch, so I don't know the quality of sleep there. Highly recommended.
